@IlovePond I found somebody selling it as an unwanted gift, just not their style jewellery and wanted to make some money back to buy some items they would use.

That was lucky @psuedocream3 - lucky for the seller too that she found a good buyer!

BTW, just popped on to say: I will not be repurchasing Shiseido’s a/c - everything is absolutely tiny. (Cosmetopeia would be very disappointed in me - every time I open a door, I can hear ‘GWP, folks. GWP!’)

Every door has been sample size so far and some have been ridiculously small.

It looks lovely and I am sure the products are good quality, but I am too grumpy to use them atm!

On the plus side, I will reuse the box, at least I didn’t pay full price and I will use nearly all of the contents

I got my box today it does have the AA oil.

@IlovePond if you remember I managed to get the GWP set with mine that came in a bag. That was also teeny tiny. I was quite taken aback at the time because the website picture was misleading as to the scale. Quite glad now I sold it on to bring the AC price down further.

I feel like they're probably an underrated brand in terms of skincare quality but their PR leaves a lot to be desired. They'd gain more of a following if they chucked a few large sizes into AC's and Beauty Boxes every so often.

@OvaHere - I agree - their stuff is lovely but sizes are ridiculous.

I remember now that you got the GWP. I couldn’t get my welcome code to work and Shiseido ignored my attempts to contact them. I then had terrible trouble trying to delete my account!

Went to Aldi over lunch and they had loads of everything to my surprise. Only thing I couldn't see was the La Prairie dupe moisturiser set. Was v restrained and only bought the marine cleanser & essence and the La Soie serum. I noticed they still have some Drunk Elephant dupes from a few months ago.

Was slightly tempted by the VB dupe perfume but had a word with myself because I have no idea what they smell like - the real thing or the dupe.

I'm probably very late on this, but if you have a Space NK ndulge account you can get 10 points for writing a product review, for up to 10 reviews a month (100 points = £5 credit). The credit expires after 3 months. I have done 10 reviews in November and 10 this month, so I have £10 worth of credit - may be useful for the Boxing Day sale.

Just noticed that Byredo 50mls are on the TK Maxx website for £110.

I have an Aldi haul to report later.

Just want to sing the praises of Lumene. I received a bashed up AC and they’ve given me 20% off the (already reduced) price plus a 30% code to use off anything on their website and a big apology!! So nice and has made me feel even more positive towards them. 😊

Hi does anyone know how much the Harvey Nics fragrance calendar was? There are loads on ebay and I am debating buying one if people are just trying to get their money back - but if profiteering I will not buy. Thanks

Aldi haul as promised. Some for me, some for DD. I was quite pleased! Only thing I wanted but couldn’t get was the fake Marine cream.

Good haul @Doubleraspberry - thanks for sharing. I’ve got that shimmer oil already - imo, it’s better than the NUXE one I also have.

What’s in the Quad box? I didn’t see that in store.

Quad boxes are the CT eyeshadow palettes. One neutral, one slightly less neutral!

@BakeOffRewatch I have just had an experimental sniff and put one on each hand. To my unsophisticated nose they smell virtually identical!

They had loads of the Marine Cream at my Aldi on Monday. If you would like me to post you some then DM me - I'm happy to nip down tomorrow to see if there's some left, I only live a few mins away.

Just had a quick look myself and pricing on Ebay seems to be £300+. Or you can buy the empty box for £24.99! Will give it a miss..
