Who remembers the Braun Independent Styler?

Did you have one? I LOVED it, worked really well on my hair. It all seems to be hot air stylers now.

I was musing about this this morning when I was using my Revlon One Step.

Why do they stop making really good stuff? ( I still haven't forgiven L'Oréal for discontinuing the blue anti dandruff shampoo!)

I've still got one and I think s9me canisters in a drawer.

I miss my Babyliss Beliss hair straightener. It was a hot air styler which had ceramic plates that you could adjust according to your hair texture. It could really grip you hair and enable you to really straighten your hair effectively. There's a few on eBay.

They were fantastic. I used to take it to work & do my hair there( it was short)!
So small & efficient!!
This was when short, layered hair was fashionable!!

Ah mine is a Babyliss, circa 2002 I think!
