Mine looked like that link. They have faded now but are still there. The light shines on them and they glow .

And yes the tummmy does poke out of the tankini. The gap is in the very place where I really dont want there to be skin showing.

I did wear a bikini last summer though. Wore a sarong walking to get drinks etc then took it off to lie down and swim.

Would have to be toned as well as no stretch marks as I'm 14-16 and bits of me jiggle that never jiggled before, and probably shouldn't jiggle now.

Also lightly tanned as am so pasty I almost glow in the dark!

I'm a size 12 with stretchmarks so going by this thread I have teh best of both worlds.

I'd wear a bikini on the beach but (and you'll all be up in arms about this) DH has more of a problem about the strecthmarks sthen I do so I don't.

Actually...its by boobs that would worry me more. Or lack of them!

LTH dd loves my tummy too. She lifts my top, puts her hand on it and sucks her thumb. Actually she's been doing it much more since she stopped bf at xmas. It's like that's they way she gets skin to skin contact with me.

But she does it anywhere. At friends etc and I dont want my crepy, wrinkly , saggy tummy out for everyone to see.

Its wehn I'm sitting down and get that attractive tyre over the top of mt trousers that the full effect is best. Ds3 pokes his fingers into the tyre It makes him roar with laughter

Actually even I like the feel of it. Its so soft and almost silky...I can understand why it feels nice to him/them

I have seen a few people on tv progs with stretchmarks like that and was really shocked - they look painful!!!

I am reasonably toned 14 with no stretchmarks and this thread has made me feel better about my body than I have in weeks so thank you

I'm a size 14 with no stretchmaeks, but a varicose vein on one leg.
My right leg is an OAP's leg.

This thread is not making me feel better. All this 'ugh, vile, and 'mauled like a big cat' is a bit nasty imo.
