Help me find this mystery beautiful bar of soap!

I've Googled and failed to find it. There are plenty in similar packaging but then the bars inside are a different shape...

I was given a beautiful bar of soap as a gift. It smelled divine, was great for my skin and it lasted ages. I want to buy another bar but can't find it. Does anyone know of a soap brand that fits this description?:

Big rectangular bar (bigger than a standard soap bar)

White/pale cream in colour

Wrapped in thick good quality paper with a lovely colourful pattern/image on it. Vague recollection of orange/red colours

Black ribbon around it

I'm convinced the fragrance was pomegranate but could have been passionfruit

A brand I'd never heard of (think probably Italian/Spanish)

Why don’t you ask the person who gave you it?

Because it was a gift from someone I don't know at all well and it feels slightly impolite somehow. Like they'll be embarrassed if it was really cheap (pretty sure it can't be given the quality) or if they don't know because they were regifting it or whatever.

Nesti Dante soaps (Italian) fit your description, apart from the ribbon.
Have a look on Amazon because they have loads of fruit, flower and herb combinations.

Thanks for the Nesti Dante suggestions - the shape of the bar doesn't seem right (this one was rectangular with pointy corners).

It won't be Nesti Dante if it has a ribbon, but that is also a great soap that's worth trying OP.

Agree that a look around TK Maxx or Homesense is your best bet.

This thread reminded me- there’s a Spanish soap with the most beautiful perfume, begins with M, I think. Anyone?

Kew Gardens do a nice range of soaps that meet this description.

Could it be Santa Maria Novella melograno (pomegranate) or Claus Porto? Both are sold at Liberty’s. They don’t come with a ribbon but that could have been added to it by the person who gifted it to you.

For now I've ordered a Nesti Dante bar. I will report back when it arrives. I've kept the last little bit of the magical mystery bar for comparison purposes.

It does sound like the ones in TK Maxx - in store they come in lots of different patterns and colours, with ribbon and tiny wooden decorations etc.
