Has anyone ordered from them ?
If so, your thoughts please as I have seen a few items I like.

I won't be buying again, it wasn't the best quality. And especially now they're a phoenix company. I'd be very wary of ordering.

Same with Duo Boots, they've gone into administration time and time again yet boomerang back. I ordered 2 pairs of boots for over £300, but the quality of them was shocking. By the time I tried to send back, they'd gone into administration and I was landed with 2 shoddy pairs of boots that eventually went to the charity shop. There is no law protecting consumers from outfits like this.

I have seen a couple of things I liked on their website but am very wary as people were very let down when they went into administration.
Just wondering if anyone has bought from them lately or has not been refunded for returns or never got items ordered and paid for ?

I was just wondering the same thing @LadyEloise1 I used to get several emails a week, perhaps more, from them. Actually it got a bit annoying! I guess they were trying to offload stuff before administration. I haven't heard from them in weeks. I'm wary of buying because lots of people didn't get their money back for returns. I hope they've been refunded and all the models paid. I don't have any confidence in the company any more. But I was always fully aware that the clothes were actually cheapo quality with the "made in Italy" slogan to make them seem more expensive.

I see they are using another dark haired model @BigFrau.

They don’t deliver to Ireland anymore 🙄
Plus the EU has plonked a new tax on us for items under €150 bought outside the EU. (We already pay customs duty and a payment to our equivalent of Royal Mail - An Post for processing the goods).
It was basically to help stem the tide of stuff from Shein and Temu I think but impacts clothing from the UK too, sadly.
Flipping Brexit.
