Which Penhaligon’s perfume do you recommend?

Every time I walk past the store I get a glorious waft of the beautiful perfumes. Haven’t treated myself in a while so wondered what your recommendations are?

Quercus and Juniper Sling. I buy them in their sales

My favourite was the ingenue cousin Flora,but I can’t find it on the website now. Reading previous posts it might well be discontinued.

I also like Luna.

Juniper sling if I had to pick one, halfeti makes me heave, smells v overpowering and 80s to me! Gives Opium or Poison vibes!

I can’t forgive them for discontinuing Bluebell. And the bath oils. Not sure who they’re aiming at anymore.

Cairo. Absolute heaven.

My Go-to perfume on a daily basis is Constantinople. Love it and get many compliments. For a more floral I like Highgrove and just bought their Balm of Calm.

@Chumpfriend ,Bluebell is still available on the website. Perhaps they are selling off the last of the stock. I like it, too.

A real mix, I’m going to make a list of the 5 most popular on here and go to store to sample. I adore the smell of the store which I think is halfeti but not 100%.

Do they have regular sales or is just Christmas?

Some come and go- it is an ingredient issue I think

You need to register- they used to be regular or with free gifts but now much less regular and nowhere neat as cheap

I do agree the scent doesn't seem to last as well. But that seems to be the case whenever I find a scent I like. I like the idea of a Quercus candle @dinmin

Juniper Sling Heartless Helen

The best bargains I’ve had have been from the website at random times. I stocked up during lockdown.

They have online games from time to time, with good prizes with a hefty minimum spend. If you’re on their mailing list they send an email to let you know when they are happening. I can’t do well on a tablet but it’s fairly easy to get the top prize if you play on a computer.

It seems odd that they would still be suggesting Bluebell on the website if it’s discontinued. Perhaps it’s just a temporary lack of ingredients, as suggested above.

Savoy Steam is my favourite - there is just nothing like it. I also have got Vaara, which I need to be in mood for and Clandestine Clara, which is more of a cosy, winter scent. I have Favourite and Luna in a 10ml travel version - both very lovely, feminine scents. Luna is similar to YSL In Love Again and Favourite is like a soft, skin scent. My next purchase will be Solaris. Halfeti has many fans, but for me it's just too strong, too much oud.

Artemisia, I've been wearing it for years and still absolutely love it.

Juniper Sling is my all time favourite. Luna smelled like cat pee on me. Definitely get some samples before you buy a full bottle!

If you buy an atomiser they fill it up for free a certain number of times in 3 months (being vague as it used to be unlimited but they cut it back)

I bought a bottle of Juniper Sling last year and love it. I had a sample of Orange Blossom which I really enjoyed wearing but would never have bought a full bottle, and don’t like Halfeti at all. I think there’s a lily of the valley one I liked but have Diorissimo which is very similar.

I had a bottle of Bluebell after reading - many moons ago - that Kate Moss wore it. I currently have a bottle of Jo Malone’s Wild Bluebell on the go for spring and it’s delightful.
