I kinda like it and black & white looks very good on me
I love jumpsuits

ESTHER BELTED TRIM JUMPSUIT

Should I wait and see if the price comes down a little more?

I'm gong to an event in February, it is kinda of a big deal however a super relaxed place and not pretentious but I want to feel my best

My style is minimalist, urban, casual and comfortable but not without thoughtfulness

Please suggest something else that might come to mind

And if I get this jumpsuit, I have no clue what shoes to wear with it (or jacket / coat)

I'm 5'5 size 8/10

That’s lovely!

WannabeMathematician · 21/01/2024 17:36

It’s viscose? Thats not the same as acrylic. It’s a lovely jumpsuit but it’s roulette with Reiss and what makes it to sale.

soupfiend · 21/01/2024 17:40

Its in the sale isnt it?

Are you thinking it will come down in price more?

I never take gambles like this as you'll find your size out of stock

100% VISCOSE.

Sorry the capitals are copy and paste from the website

Viscose is comfy isn't it?

It’s lovely but there are so many jumpsuits out there- most cheaper.

WannabeMathematician · 21/01/2024 17:43

I should not type and chase a toddler. Yes it is in the sale. I like the reiss viscose. I think it’s light and comfy.

It is also less than half price! With your height and dress size I'd go for it

TheChosenTwo · 21/01/2024 17:50

It’s already less than 50% of the original price!!
I like it, smart casual and depending on how you do hair/makeup and footwear etc could lean more one way than the other.

soupfiend · 21/01/2024 17:52

I think you would prbably get a lot of wear out of it, its the sort of thing that can be dressed up or down

Silver trainers?

TurquoiseTurtoise · 21/01/2024 17:52

I ordered just in case, with the view to return if I don't love it on me

Please recommend casual shoes / smart trainers, with some colour in it maybe?

I think it’s good. But only if you can do the fastening by yourself- I have a jumpsuit with a zip up the back which I can’t reach.

Would you wear it with (dressy not sporty) trainers or ankle boots with a small heel?

TurquoiseTurtoise · 21/01/2024 17:57

Would this work even though it will February?
I've been waiting for a while and it would be an excuse to buy
It is totally my style so I'd feel very myself in it but I'd feel weird wearing it during winter with a coat...however I see many people wearing it with all kinds of outfit all year long

Very casual though

Whats the event?

It is a pricey luncheon during the day with wine tasting and I'm going to celebrate a special occasion with someone - it will be a 6 hour event and I will meet a lot of new people - but the venue is very relaxed and

If the venue is relaxed and casual I think they will work nicely

Monkeytapper · 21/01/2024 18:02

how about wearing them with a pair Russell and Bromley park up trainers? Some in the sale at the moment

Monkeytapper · 21/01/2024 18:10

There’s a size 10 Brand new for sale on eBay at the moment, starting bid £15 or by it now £70

OneMorePlant · 21/01/2024 18:19

I absolutely hate jumpsuits but this one is the first one I actually think looks nice. It looks quite elegant.

It's also half off so I would go for it. Returning is always an option.

Life is too short to wonder about things that have a simple solution if it does not work out.

Jk987 · 21/01/2024 18:22

I think it would be better with a V neck. It's quite plain in my view but we all have different styles. With a slim figure like yours I think there are better options out there.

Ebay is such a gamble though, if OP doesnt like it, she cant return it. At a tenner, doesnt matter but she wont know how much the bidding will go to and £70 is a lot to spend if she doesnt like it

Thanks, hope someone who likes the jumpsuit and are 10 will bid - it would be good for me if I knew my size in it would be 10 for sure - things I have from Reiss are 8 and I feel nervous if I don't have the right to return
