Van Cleef Sweet Alhambra pendant worth it?

I like the idea of having a nice necklace i wear daily. I love gold and mother or pearl and know the quality is excellent. There are so many copies though. If i am doing it i want the real thing. Just want experience of those that have it or if people think its worth it?

I think it’s pretty. It’s a classic and could be an investment piece.

I love the green one, I think it’s the gaudiness that appeals to me.

How old are you? I think it’s an older lady necklace, Queen Camilla wears hers a lot. Never seen a younger person with it. The bracelet is a bit more modern I think. Sorry it’s a no from me plus a lot of people will think it’s fake.

I’d think it was a fake. There are so many nicer necklaces, but it’s a personal thing.

I’ll be 40. Getting a new watch and fancy this necklace as a treat from me then in the future could get the bracelet so its a set. I get there are fakes but tbh i’m ok knowing that and would want the real thing. It will hold its value. Have considered a small diamomd too. Think something everyday would be good. I’ll check bulgari too. Thanks all. Wish someone here had it and said yes its been a staple. I do think it will be excellent w as they are known for it. Not sure where to buy if not online though, would be nice to do a shop.

Love it, like a PP I prefer the green though the one you chose is gorgeous too, but because they're so popular there's loads of knock offs around and tbh a lot people will probably assume it's fake. Depends if that bothers you or not!

Yeah the green is nice isn’t it. Agree people will suspect fake but i’m not too fussed on that really. Shops are in london unless online but Selfridges stock too so might nip to the manchester store and look.

They are lovely, but very expensive, and getting very (too) popular. If it is mother and pearl with gold pendant you are after, also look at Chaumet. A renowned jeweller, same quality, but less costly. It also has diamonds on it.
