No spoilers please, but had anyone had their August box yet? Last month I received it on July 1st but I've not even had a dispatch email yet.

I think that's everyone. Should I start?

I like this box. I love a room/linen spray so that's a good one for me. I've not opened the hand balm yet but I'm hoping it's quite thick. I don't like a runny cream. And the conditioner will be fine for a few days away. All in all, I'm pleased with it.

Oh @HundredMilesAnHour I messaged them about the scratches I experienced and realised it was the coffee/seaweed one that I've used. They've offered to send me the original which is less grainy so hopefully that will be gentler, as you've experienced.

Oh that's good news. I'm glad you've got it sorted @Lotsofpots . I think I've used the coffee one before but it was a long time ago. I love the original one. Just go gently and make sure you lather up well. It will be too rough if you use it and it's still a bit dry. Let us know how you get on.

Now we can talk about it, I think the hand cream is the best hand cream I've ever used. I switched from Aesop because I found the Haeckels one is better. I must admit I prefer it in the old tube Haeckels used to do it in but I guess it's better to be slightly inconvenienced and be more green. 😜 As I've got older, I've become slightly obsessed with hand cream (trying to minimise my hands giving my age away lol as most people think I look younger than I really am 😝)

So I’ve come around to the hand cream (although it’s not the most exciting as I have 5 tubes of hand cream in my bathroom!) but it smells great, so I’ve put it on my desk and am enjoying it.

I just can’t stand the smell of the room spray - and I love a good room scent! I also think it’s fairly similar to the candle from the last box in terms of both being smelly room things (I loved the candle and it’s almost all gone!) I think the room spray smells like an artificial lemon candy or something?? I can’t put my finger on it but I just don’t get along with it!

I would have much preferred the conditioner sample if it came with a shampoo sample too as I like to go with matching pairs. I also have a short pixie cut and even then it’s a very small amount!

I’ll stick around for the next box but I think it will need to be a bit more suited to me for me to stay with the subscription (but of course I’ll stop the sub and the next box will be amazing 😂)

I really like the scent of the room spray, it's fresh smelling and I like the combo of mint and lemon. However DH didn't seem to be a fan! But I may have over sprayed. But not an exciting item but a nice enough. The hand balm is fine, it's thick and does the job. Useful but again not exciting. Some people have said they love the smell of it but it just smells really plain to me. Also I just can't seem to get the inner lid thingy off! It drives me crazy. I have to get tweezers to prize it off each time. I may just remove it altogether. And the conditioner sample was a miss for me. I have long hair so barely enough to get an idea of how good it is but agree that a shampoo/conditioner sample set would have been a nice touch. Will hold out for one more box. It would be cool if they also sold sample sizes of things actually? There's quite a few specific things I'd like to try before purchasing the full size.

We just wanted to let you know Innovation Box 006 will begin shipping on Monday. We now have a military operation in place in Margate, but it will take us the full week to ship all the boxes. We can’t wait for you to see what’s inside.

Time to get excited! Wishes? Moisturiser/serum, body lotion shower gel, soaps, fragrance but I think most of these have come already...? I ordered their toner which is OK. Not keen on face masks and eye cream but hanging in there for a few more months to find out what treats comes my way (and expecting to gift some of it). Happy for a shampoo sample to pair with conditioner.
How about everyone else?

I'd love a sheet mask - I never buy them but love them in boxes, a skin oil and an exfoliating block. But also happy to be surprised, after my initial noises, I liked the seaweed tea.

I’m pleased and surprised that it seems early, nice to have another treat. I’m hoping for a full size moisturiser and a lip balm. Shampoo and/or conditioner also fine, and incense although I think I’m on my own re: the latter!

A lip balm would be really nice. Also a body moisturiser would be amazing. I'll also be cancelling after this box I think unfortunately.. don't think I can justify it considering I'll be on maternity leave soon!
