Daytime holiday outfits- not shorts!

Can anyone recommend any stylish daytime holiday looks? For popping out to breakfast or going to a beach club for lunch type vibe. I don't like my legs so can't just throw on a pair of shorts. If only. But don't want to be sweltering. I used to buy quite a few dresses from next but I just feel like they're not me and way too frumpy. I usually shop at zara, river island, asos, never fully dressed. I'm a size 12/14. This is one area that I always struggle with! Thank you in advance ladies

How about some nice long flowing skirts and maxi dresses - they have loads in M&S

Thanks for the recommendations. I found some of the things on the threads a bit older/ a bit more classic to my tastes but some good ideas.

I've ordered this dress from new look which looks promising and an easy wear and these trousers from river which I'm thinking I can wear over a cossie or with a vest/tshirt for daytime
