Has anyone got this jumpsuit from boohoo? If so how on earth do you put it on?🙈
The straps of the jumpsuit are stitched onto the top. Am I meant to cut the stitches? Maybe the sun has went to my head but I really can't figure out how to get it on 🙈🙈

Is there a concealed side zip?

Ilovepotato · 31/05/2023 22:08

I don’t have this one, but I had something similar and there was a concealed zip at the side.. maybe this one has it too? 😁

Minnie123456 · 31/05/2023 22:24

@Ilovepotato @LunaNorth nope no zip that I can see but will check again tomorrow incase I have missed it. I can pull it on up over my bum and get the jumpsuit on that way but not the top, and if I put the top on first I can't get the jumpsuit on lol.

Is it just a small stitch to stop them getting separated on the warehouse or something?

TshirtInColour · 31/05/2023 22:48

I hope so one knows. I’m now intrigued 😂😂

Good luck !!

TshirtInColour · 31/05/2023 22:48

I hope someone knows, sorry

Xrays · 31/05/2023 22:50

I would imagine you just stretch it up and over your shoulders?

Fillyfrog · 31/05/2023 22:52

I don't know but oooh that is lovely 😊

highlandspooce · 31/05/2023 22:54

It's juts jersey material so probably stretches over but also won't look anything like the pics of it on the model

LtJudyHopps · 31/05/2023 22:58

I feel like I ordered this and returned it - the top was separate when I tried it on so I don’t think I’m much help! I think cut the stitches?

Minnie123456 · 31/05/2023 23:03

@CreamTeaThievery theres a stitch at each side of the strap then about 4/5 inbetween.

This is the strap on outside and the inside of the top.

I assume you are meant to carefully cut the stitches or there is no way you would be able to put this on!

Minnie123456 · 31/05/2023 23:17

@LtJudyHopps @Notcontent im not sure I could cut the stitches without damaging the top as it seems to be stitched on very tight. I will have another look tomorrow but I think i'm going to have to send it back ☹️

Usually if stitches are temporary you can remove them by hand without cutting - like the cross they put in the bottom of skirt splits and jacket vents. Incidentally the number of people who don't know to remove that is astounding going by what I see walking to the bus.

Xrays · 31/05/2023 22:50

I thought that, but then I realised that the T-shirt is included and the straps are stuck to it.

Blossomandbee · 31/05/2023 23:26

I wouldn't cut anything in case you need to return it. Could you contact Boohoo on Twitter or similar?

HyggeTygge · 31/05/2023 23:32

and if I put the top on first I can't get the jumpsuit on lol.

I can't work out what this means! How do you even get the top on when there is no opening at the bottom?!
As for getting it on, can't you step into it and pull the straps up round your shoulders, or is it too tight for that? There's another one it's showing me with full puff sleeves so I guess that would have similar issues?

RollinRollinRollinRawhide · 31/05/2023 23:32

Step legs in with the top hanging down at the front and then, bending down, with the T-shirt bit sort of scrunched up put arms in first then pull over head? Adjust when you stand upright.

HyggeTygge · 31/05/2023 23:34

Oh sorry you're saying the white tshirt is part of it? No idea then.

Hobbes8 · 31/05/2023 23:39

No idea, but I got stuck in a too small boden jumpsuit a while back and I’ve been too scared to try another one since. Good luck!

So when you've pulled it over your bum - at that point you have the Tshirt/straps in front of you? Is it possible to then bend forward and put t-shirt on? If not then it may be that it's too small or it's made for a shorter body. Tbh even if you can put it on that way I don't think it's a keeper myself - that's too much to do every time you need the loo!

PerryMenno · 01/06/2023 07:23

It's hard to see where they're attached but is it possible to:
1 put the tshirt on, with the rest of the jumpsuit flapping in front of you
2 bend forward to give yourself some room and step into the legs
3 wiggle the straps up over your shoulders

(then 4 - send it back because it's stupid Grin)

bladebladebla1 · 01/06/2023 07:24

Stretchy, I've got loads like this

JandalsAlways · 01/06/2023 07:26

Please don't cut anything!! Email them and ask!

Laiste · 01/06/2023 08:24

The jump suit and t shirt are a pair and have come stitched together - is how i understand it.

You'll have to snip the stitches holding them together. They're temporary stitches and I imagine they are joined so that they stay together during the factory/packing/posting process and so that they stay together easily on a hanger for display.

Just take a small pair of scissors and snip 'em.
