Fragrances you wore as a teen

I was a teen in the 90s. I remember everybody going crazy for Body Shop Dewberry but don't really remember what it smelled like?

I got some Sunflowers perfume and wore WAAAY too much of it, ALL the time. My friend's mum asked her to tell me to stop wearing it at their house. 😂😂😂 The smell turns my stomach now.

As a young teen, Impulse - Vanilla Kisses and O2

Then CK One and CK Be.

At uni, Burberry Brit and an Anna Sui perfume with a fairy on the bottle. I had a tester of Obsession which I really loved, too.

On the Body Shop front, my friend group all had their allocated lip balm. Mine was kiwi, someone else had strawberry, someone else had peach and so on. You weren’t allowed to deviate and all Christmas presents were bath beads or bubble bath in the right flavour.

I was a teenager from 79 to 85 but probably didn't start taking an interest in perfume till about 81, 82.

I think the first one I ever had was Tweed which I can't believe I really liked, but for some reason it had come into my possession and so I used it.

I liked Anais Anais, and so did my mum. I find it a bit overpowering now.

@FlyingWormsAndSubterraneanBirds can I ask what the one you've found is please? I miss Les Belles so much, I reckon I'd be prepared to pay $$ for a replacement.

Anyone remember the Philosophy perfumes? Baby Grace, Pure Grace, Amazing Grace. I loved the baby one like baby powder

The Body shop fruit flavoured lip balms...I remember these very well!

Les Belles de Ricci by Nina Ricci. Wish I'd kept the bottle, it goes for loads on eBay now.

Various horrible impulse body sprays. Bleuggh.

All that have not been discontinued have been reformulated and are nowhere near as good as they once were.
