• It has to be something for me (a treat) not for a bill/family gift
• above is voided if it’s something truly beautiful I wouldn’t purchase for myself but for the home 🤣
• I am happy to add to it but only up to £50-100
• it isn’t cash, so needs to be a brand that can be purchased in JL/Waitrose

A Dyson hairdryer or airwrap

I bought myself an Apple Watch at the start of the year with the idea it will help me get back on track with fitness.

Full disclosure, it hasn't, but the timer function on it is amazing for cooking (ask Siri to set a timer).

I'd buy a perfume and candle from Diptyque. With the money left over, a nice bracelet.

Interesting about Apple Watch, I’ll hear that in mind! Maybe a Fitbit upgrade instead?

I recently spent quite a bit of money on the Zoe programme and I had my colours done - both useful if you're looking to 'better' yourself

I also bought a new perfume for £96, 2 dresses from the white company and a Jellycat raspberry so make of all that what you will 😀

I'm currently eyeing up a beautiful gold chain from a Berlin-based designer that's €280, so...

If it was me I'd get an Apple Watch - I use mine for fitness stuff and find it really motivating and if it died I'd totally buy another one.

That said right now if I was going to buy something frivolous for myself I'd buy a Shakti mat. I bought a cheap dupe for £15 on Amazon and it's been amazing but from what I understand the Shakti is longer and so really gets into nooks and crannies around shoulder/neck/back.

I'd do a waitrose shop as this would be something I'd otherwise not be able!

No it doesn't.its giving you a feel good week or two where you just say OK,right now this is what my body wants.i no its a short period,I no how to get my balance. In the long run I'll be happier thinking one day of my lovely food and wine weeks than just wishing it away trying to shrink myself.i gave myself grace for a week to be pampered by good posh nosh😊

That’s a valid point! Perhaps there is some room for some lovely food:drink and something to keep?
