I have treated myself to a YSL Lou Lou bag

It's pre loved from Xupes and it is the medium size one in black calfskin leather with silver hardware

I only ordered it last night and it probably won't arrive until Tuesday. and I am just so excited for it to arrive 😜 and basically just wanted to share. Have not told anyone in rl apart from H

Has anyone else on here got one ?

I LOVE the Lou Lou but agree it looks too big on you.

Also with expensive purchases I feel like if you don’t immediately love it, it’s usually better to return or else it may just sit gathering dust!

Gorgeous bag! I can't have anything other than a huge handbag so it'd be perfect for me.

The fact that you're unsure about it means I think you should return it. For the amount of money I think you need a bag that you look at and just love and you want to use every day.

(also, I think you have an amazing figure. I'd bloody love to have a figure like yours 😁)

I kept waking up in the night deliberating over it but came to the conclusion that It is sadly going to be sent back !! Shame cos it is beautiful but my gut feeling says it isn't perfect for me

I think I will now be on the hunt for a small or toy Lou Lou 🤦‍♀️😅😅😅

Unless anyone on here wants to buy it off me ! 😄😄

It's too big on you as a cross body bag. However as a shoulder bag it works. Is it heavy?

Have you looked at the ysl niki? I have them in the mini size and the medium one. Very nice!

I have the YSL Casandra and I adore it, it's a compact bag but it's surprising how much you can fit in there. I think it's a shape they have been making for a while so perhaps worth looking in to?

Hope you manage to get hold of the smaller bag. It's v frustrating as they sell them in Flannels and I (and many people I know) get 20% discount there. They literally dish out discount codes all over the place. Do you happen to have any friends in the entertainment/sports industry?

You look great OP. Sorry you feel in a funk. A nice bag will hopefully cheer you up. The bag looks a tad large for metal straps, if you fill it up it may be a bit uncomfortable on your shoulder?
You aren't sure, so for a big treat like this find something you are obsessed with.

I have the Lou Lou in small and I find it's a much better size. It did start off quite stiff but it's relaxed now! It's my favourite every day bag!

I've got a flannels near me !

They don't have the Lou Lou toy though and the small Lou Lou is approx £2400 😬🙈 which is out of my budget

So I've packed up my Medium Lou Lou and she is being returned to Xupes

I'm very close to ordering this on Selfridges ...it's the Toy lou lou but it's the puffer version which is very slightly larger than the normal Toy ...and I think with it being the puffer version it will be less structured and more smooshy
