To be aware if you have an existing pre-paid 12 month subscription as I do - from January all returns are chargeable at £2.50 each. I don't recall seeing anything advising of this.

So if you are entitled to feee returns, until they sort their systems out you may have to contact them each time they charge you!!!

I told the live chat girl that i wanted this logging as a complaint - not sure if that will help. I see a couple of folk have tweeted also. this could deffo be a PR disaster for them.

I just tried to order a load of stuff and it wants to send the entire order to store because I want to buy cutlery, I mean send the cutlery to store but the rest I want delivered so I’ve taken the cutlery off just seems madness. Will avoid if I can’t even return stuff free unless it’s in store!!!

I did too @Shadesofscarlett she’d misunderstood the changes so they clearly have just been sent an e mail, bot told explicitly what is happening and that people won’t like it!

It's annoying but I expect it's costing them a fortune as folk will be ordering multiple sizes and colours and returning most of them.

you could order items daily and return them all just to annoy them - not that anybody has time or motive for that. But i don't think there is a limit on free orders is there?

Yeah but it's against their own t&c to be charging people who signed up before January the whatever date it was

Well I've had my account for around 28 years, and Inlimited gor several years, but this looks like a real mess now and I'm not happy. Complained, cancelled the auto renew and paid off the balance.
Really not confident in them, given everyone's experiences are varying, and by their dates at my renewal the service shouldn't have changed.

Balance clear here and account also will be closed, been their customer for over 20 years.

No, they haven’t advised people at all, unless they’ve done it by letter, which may turn up in a few weeks. It’s just there when you book a return and could easily be missed if you’re not expecting it.

Usually you would get an email in a timely manner about a change in t&c, Next usually do about a change of interest rates, it looks like this hasn't happened

I’ve not received any notification. I thought they had to notify you by law.
