Desperate for a pair of slipper boots that will actually last

Birthday coming up and I'm desperate for a pair of boot style slippers that will actually last and hold their shape. They would need a hard sole rather than flimsy.

Please can anyone recommend excellent slipper boots?

I was going to say Moshulu too. They have a sale on at the moment - have a solid sole and last really well.

My only Uggs last two yearsish, after that they wear through at the top and go bald inside. They are comfy and cosy so I keep replacing them but am jealous of those getting them to last longer.

Where are they wearing through? Is it the toes? Might be worth sizing up.

Actually not sure whether the soles are what you are looking for. They aren't flimsy but then they aren't rigid either.

Interesting to see Moshulu mentioned as I found they did not stand the test of time at all and needed replacing quite quickly.

Agree with this, I just bought new insoles for mine and they are going strong!

I definitely need a solid sole - I have weird ankles and soft soles lose their shape too quickly I find

Second the PP on shepherds. Mine are bit squished and needed a small bit of glue on sole but over three years old. Honestly they make we a happier person.

My emus have lasted for 12 years! I don't wear them outside, very well made and cosy
