Oh yes - Mac pigment in Golden Olive is the toppest shade around. Is all shimmery, but not in a hideous 13 yr old trying on make-up for first time way, stays put, looks like you've spent hours blending luxury products together when really have just shoved a bit on with Mac eyeshadow brush.

What's not to love!

No - not too bad. First coat very light, then it goes on really well. I often end up with eyeshadow around my jowls, but not with this stuff.

Not glittery - subtle, sophisticated shimmer. Gold and green - very lovely imo.

Mac Honey Lust £10

Texture - metallic coppery shade which goes with whole wardrobe. Almost glittery but not in a spice girls/hen night kind of way - very wearable. 9/10

Application - just smear it on with finger though didn't admit
that to the lady at the counter who was trying to flog me a brush 9/10

Longevity/depth of colour - 7/10 but I am dreadful eye-rubber as spend lot of time at screen and eyes get tired.

Hadn't read thread and see that Mac is going to come out a CLEAR winner!

Cod - it's called "Shale" - tis very nice.

How much are mac eyeshadow brushes please? And are they really better than other ones?

that mac shale looks nice. not sure re matt ones. i have green eyes too but GLASSES so usually just wear a bucket of eyeliner.

Iridescent - that is the word I am looking for.

only htis shade tbh its a purple grey colour

i dont knwo if the brushes are any better cos i haev never had any ohter ones - apart fomr bronzer/blusher ones and i haevnt a mac one of those to compare
