I don't know whether they are safe or not because I don't usually use TikTok. LIB looks legit to me, but I'm not too sure about others.

It's not clear to me when you are buying from an official retailer.

To me it seems suspect that there's such a big difference between the TikTok price and the website price for some of these - but maybe I'm just too old to understand!

What about the NUXE calendar (currently £65 from £75). It has lots of lovely scented quality and cruelty free oils that you can use in your bath, after a bath/shower. You can also use them on your hair and face (when you remember) as they are very light.

Sorry but I would not trust buying from some random on TikTok and you're certainly not going to get the extras any site is offering. Come on, let's not throw all caution aside because it's Black Friday. If it looks too good to be true..

Cult Beauty really aren’t budging on the advent calendar. If they didn’t go low for Black Friday, I can’t see them giving in. I wonder if they’ll use all the leftovers to make goody bags?

Sorry - I went in to a meeting. Yes it was £144 but then I had coupons for £15 off over a certain spend in one shop bringing it down to £129 (I successfully stopped myself from getting it though!). A few other shops had it at £144 but no coupons. It now seems to have gone up to £185 for me.

I’ve bought a few things from TikTok shops in the past, some have taken a while to get to me but none have been scams. Some products have come straight from the actual company. Not sure how it works myself tbh, as you do seem to get different prices and coupons with different shops?

I’m way too old to even attempt Tik Tok! And desperately trying to resist any apparent bargains. I have so much unopened stuff.

I’m making a deal with myself to not buy anything next year and then get either the Liberty or F&M. Unless they still have them in January and reduce a lot in which case I’ll. yum then and put away for next year.

I've started the liberty beauty drop to get the AC next year.

Feeling in good company here 😂It took me a while to figure out TikTok too and I did think I’m way too old for it. I did eventually go for the LiB offer, which appeared to be direct from LiB? Really hope it is legit.

Having read the scary TrustPilot reviews, also rather relieved I used Apple Pay rather than entering any card details - I’m hoping that is harder to scam.

That’s not a bad idea @FluffyFluffMonster. I might do that. I’m about to cancel Beauty Pie as I don’t really use it. The Liberty Beauty Drop seems much better.
