I've just watched a Harrods unboxing and now very tempted when I wasn't before! I'll be in trouble if a discount comes along! Not so good about the conditioner being left out of lots of boxes though, seems like a big oversight.

I changed back to plus , but cashback didn’t can ge back. Messaged them and they put it back to the higher rate. So impressed so far with customer service. . And will keep at £5 annual fee. There are lots of companies I use online and even if only a low % it adds up .

Thanks so much for the information on the Harrods calendar. I haven't got the problem with having two no 18 drawers, but my conditioner was missing too. I've just phoned Customer Services.

I was surprised to see last year's Acqua di Parma calendar in my local TK Maxx the other day marked down to £167, and even more surprised when the manager marked it down again to £112 because the box was a bit scratched! 😊

Hello everyone. I've been lurking but I don't usually but until the last minute.
the H&B is good value but I can't get on with the solid shampoo and conditioner. The exact same were in the last one I bought.
Flannels Is good for an older teen I think.
LIB not doing it for me.
I like the Sunday Times one the most this year but even then it's not exactly exciting. I really want a mix of favourites and new things and I can't find it this time.
if there are reductions that can't be resisted then I'll be in ! If it doesn't happen then it's not so bad.
I had the Temple Spa advent last year from my sister and I have thoroughly enjoyed everything so far. It's beautiful stuff plus, I like drawers rather than boxes in my advent and it's a thing of beauty. Lovely to keep or refill to gift.

Had a message from Harrods about the missing conditioner…they don’t have any stock so have offered me £10.00 refund, or I can send the calendar back for a refund and they will refund postage. I’m a bit annoyed at the fact I’ve had to open the calendar already and search through to check on a missing item…it’s quite spoilt what should be a luxury experience. 🙁

I phoned Harrods this afternoon about my missing conditioner and they have refunded me £20. I must have been lucky with the person who answered the phone! But I agree, it spoilt the experience having to go through all the drawers to check.

I've been told to return my Harrods calendar for a refund.

So if I still want the calendar, I now have to pay out another £250 to re-order it, and wait for a refund.

Not particularly happy

I don't see why they can't send me a replacement and pick the o,d one up at the same time.

That's quite tempting @Couperi - I think the first 'luxury' calendar to drop in price so much. Need to keep a close eye on what follows, as I may supplement my M & S calendar!

Nice price reduction on Fenwick but I am not interested in that. Very has l'occitane £38 atm.
