Which zip colour for this dress (pictures)

Got a lovely new dress which is not particularly well designed in practical terms and is very hard to pull off once on, so I want to add a zip because otherwise I know it will end up ripping when I'm taking it off.

I have two zip options - pictured. Which one is better? I'm going for a fairly obvious zip look. Can't decide between red on white or white on red.

I think the red but the white wouldn't be a disaster

Oh, hold on, how can you tell if people mean the red zip or the red background? It's confusing!

FWIW by "the red one" I meant the while zip on the red background.

The white zipper tape with the red teeth looks best to me (for an exposed zip) I like the contrast it looks a bit like a rib cage...which might not be the look you want!

White tape, red zip, I think the red tape would show through and ruin the look but white tape, red zip is best anyway.
