1990’s perfume

Beyond CK One, what other scents have their origins in the 90’s? I’m off to a 90’s night and would love to complete the look with the right smell (cigarettes and alcohol aside!).

For me, Anais Anais and LouLou were 1980's frags. At our school, you picked one of them for fancy occasions like the school disco
Daily 1980's wear was Body Shop White Musk , Dewberry or Fuzzy Peach.
Then I got all sophis in the 90's with scent and quite gourmand/floral. I said upthread I wore Aqua di Gio, but I remember now it was actually Gio and omg I loved it. Beautiful bottle and a powerful, sexy scent!

I remember sun moon and stars - was going to say that!

Also body shop rose musk - I loved that!

I think I'm going to need to buy some Ck contradiction...

Monsoon, in the little round blue bottle with the pointy witches hat lid! Loved that back in the day. 😍

Anais Anais, Exclamation and Tommy Girl all remind me of the 90's. Every boy at school wore Cool Water. I also had a set of three perfumes called play, fforward and rewind that I loved but I'm not sure who made it.

I had Rewind (still have a bit - it was lovely). They were different versions of a perfume called Oblique, by Givenchy I think.

Calyx , I loved it . It was by Perscriptives.
Everyone asked me what I was wearing , it was only available in certain shops.

Very early 90s there was a perfume in France called Garçonne by Eau Jeune. I loved it!

Never saw it here

First perfume I ever got was Red Door. A friends mum wore it so I begged and my grandad got it from duty free. That was 91.
The first perfume I bought myself was either Per Donna by Aramis(then revived by Estee lauder) or paco rabanne xs pour elle. 93?
I also loved and wore Samsara,Beautiful and Obsession. I bought issey mikyake for the bottle but didnt really like the smell then a friend nicked it off me!

Clinique relaunched (originally Prescriptives) Calyx a few years ago. I think they might be discontinuing it again but because they’ve had it around until recently you you should be able to find online!

I got a bottle recently for the same reason, so lovely and fresh and summery! eBay or Amazon might be the best bet.

Cool water - we were obsessed by that in school!
