Crinkle cotton dress arrived. It’s FAR too big and I like oversized clothes. Have reordered in a small to see if that’s better. Aran cardigan - not sure. It’s more a griege colour than I expected from the online pics. Also a bit more cropped than I hoped for. On the other side, it’s very soft and comfy.

Another Aran cardigan arrived here, would anyone who has a medium be kind enough to measure the armpit to armpit? I'm wondering if I might be better off with a medium if I can snag one. The fabric is lovely though...

@SmaugMum - thank you! I was hoping the wool/cotton trousers would be reduced but unfortunately not, so I didn't buy, but I did notice that a couple more scarves had come back into stock which I've ordered - the sulphur cotton and the green silk - same price as before but worth it I think!

I just noticed that @SmaugMum. Not everything in the sale has been further reduced though. I had a good scroll through again and there really isn’t anything else I fancy so I am going to declare myself done.
I collected the gingham cotton wool dress from John Lewis. Weirdly, it was £215 at full price there even though it is £195 at Toast. Which means the 30% discount didn’t bring the price down as much as I had thought. Not sure whether I should keep it to turn into a skirt. It seems a bit silly at that price, maybe better to wait and hope for a nice skirt in the spring/summer collection.

Has anyone tried the Zadie Bloom Print Dress before? I really shouldn't be looking at more dresses - but I love green.

I can also recommend the Donegal Dahlia which is now in the sale - but comes up very big and no small size in stock.

@Stoic123, I have the Zadie Bloom Print Dress and it is a delight to wear. I wear it for work but it could equally be smart casual.

@Stoic123, I have just checked the size and i have a 12. I am a high street 12 but busty. You could possibly size down depending on shape. I have just tried it on again for you and not sure I would have fitted a 10 so well. I will be wearing it tomorrow for my Zoom meetings!

Gah! There is actually more in the sale now. So I had yet another scroll. And found myself ordering a silk bandana!

I see the little denim jerkin that caused us all so much angst last year has popped up in the sale.

I managed to find the flowery print pyjama bottoms in an XS so have ordered them, even though the next size up haven't arrived yet. Fairly sure the XS will fit better

@ScottishMouse which colour? I got the green but could easily have bought both - they're such vibrant colours!

I quite like the look of that Indigo Denim Dress, but no model photos - trying to visualise how I would wear it, it actually looks more coat like.

Thankfully the marzipan yolk sweater isn’t down as I wore it today. Saw the jerkin, did anyone buy it?
After a good trawl through I bought the gathered hem skirt which I’d been eyeing up although not reduced any further it popped up in the size I wanted which had been oos all day. I had figured it would do later in the year too with a t shirt .
Did you see they have a different coat @faustina looks a similar colour to the one you had so much grief with?

Had anyone noticed on the website there was going to be a styling video next Friday but now the event has disappeared. Had I imagined that?

Oh and re arran cardigans I bought one a few years back, it is one of the best things I ever bought. So good to pull on and comforting. I agree with @ilovecherries it is not a creamy arran.

@Theteapotsbrokenspout, I have the indigo denim dress and wear it as a spring/autumn coat. The collar is quite high and needs to stay undone or it could swallow you. It comes up big too.

@Stoic123, if you love green check out the Lore Floral Silk scarf in vibrant green. it is very silky in real life with a gloss to it. I liked it so much I paid full price as soon as it came out. Very small though, just knots around the neck but perfect with a dark dress to lift it.

I have also ordered the crinkle check trousers , but they also may be too big as they only had the M ....But that's it for me .. ( famous last words!) ,

Actually reading the reviews on that Bold striped linen dress ( where several people are saying that it is small on the bust ) I am now hoping that it may be ok .. I already have the matching trousers . Would be typical weird Toast sizing if it is , as the trousers I have are a S and the dress I have ordered is XL....

I'm obviously hoping most of it will go back but DH has also said he would get me some clothes for my birthday which was last week so at least if anything is suitable then he can pick up the bill!

Also the green @faustina. Saw it in store a while back but couldn’t justify full price. It is lovely and, apart from a cushion cover, may be the only sale item I keep.
