Daily peel sachets with acids.
It says achieve clinical results at home. Going to try in a bit. Will let you know how it goes.

Are we still doing a totaliser ? Interested to see what we've got so far!
Complained re mascara and getting a 111 skin mask as a replacement.
Interested to hear the Barbara strum should go on slightly damp skin or have I picked that up wrong ?
I've always wanted to try those peel sachets! I think they might be quite strong which is a good thing for me!!

I have the total so far as £181 but I’m not great with numbers.

I can’t believe how expensive some of these items are. Unless yesterday’s serum turns me into a 18 year old I can’t see my buying it over any other serum.

Interesting that you got offered the pillow talk @MrsKDB The options available to me weren’t great to be honest. I went for a foot lotion, not sure how that’s a substitute for mascara but never mind

I hope it turns up. Seems a strange replacement though.
I tried the exfoliant things this morning. Skin feels lovely. I didn't find it too strong. No tingling or anything.

Oh I like the Dennis exfoliates. You can cut them in half and clip the packet to stop drying out. They are big.

Ive tried 4 Barbara Strum products now in different advent calendars etc - they are honestly rubbish! I don't understand why they are popular.

I've always hated the Dr sebagh one you get every year with Liberty. It's a horrible consistency and pillls with everything.
I tried Dr B with the SR glow vit c afterwards from day 1 and it seemed to combine ok.
Have you tried it with anything on top?

It doesn't do anything bad for me but I honestly don't think they are any better than one you could get at superdrug. They are nice enough but not worth the money at all.

And I do like fancy skincare lol

I’m not sure what they’re supposed to do and I definitely didn’t last the full 4 mins rubbing the pads around my face but my skin is feeling nice and soft.

They are just exfoliators so should brighten you skin! The second pad is to hydrate. See how it looks tomorrow 🙏

This serum is no way worth that money. Anyone that likes it check out hado labo hylauronic - £20 for a huge bottle and you can buy refills in pouches so less waste. I really rate it, this one is in no way better.

Just checking if the Barbara Sturm bottle is meant to be full? Mine is about 2/3 full…..

What’s that? I’ve not got one of those. I got some daily sachets today - l like the look but I’m still alternating day 1 products. Planning on using the daily exfoliate on alternate days in the run up to Christmas.

I’ve got the Dr B Sturm @MaterMetella filled to the same level as yours, I guess you need some air to stop the pipette making it overspill when you use it?

I would like to apologise for leaving the thread when I suggested I would be mathematician.

Day 1: £34 (I will not count a sample, sorry)
Day 2: £12 (travel size is sold for this price rather than the normal size divided. 10ml is £23, so 4ml would be £9.20 of course cheaper due to economies of scale. I will use the available to buy price which is slightly higher as it does allow for easy travel)
Day 3: £26 (this is “full size”)
Day 4: £85 if bought as a 10ml (£78.33 if you use the normal size version £235 for 30ml, again economies of scale)
Day 5: £18

Current total: £175

I didn’t know which box I was supposed to open today as they were both in the ‘9’ position! So I got…. (spoiler alert I guess if you ironed a different one to me) … an Hourglass glitter eyeshadow. I don’t really wear eye shadow anymore but I think the colour will work for me so I’ll give it a try when I’ve got some time.

@MaterMetella Mine is pretty full. It’s in line with where it says “Dr Barbara” near the top.

Hourglass eye shadow. I got the exact the same one in the Liberty calendar last year. I didn't think I would use it, however I have nearly finished it. It's really subtle & gives just a gentle sheen. I highly recommend it.

Oh I opened the wrong one today! As my day 9 was the wrong way up!

So I of course had to open the right day as well to cheer me up on a Monday morning!

I also got this last year in the liberty one and loved it!

I got this last year too and was surprised at how wearable it is. I actually got a few compliments on it so I’m pleased to have another one

Does the eyeshadow come in different colours? I got Reflect which looks rose goldy to me but i have grey hair and green eyes so I'm not sure it will suit me. Is the colour quite subtle?
