Hope nobody minds me starting the next thread but we'd hit 1000 posts!

F&M has arrived and something in it smells fantastic. I also got the note about the replacement product but I'm fairly sure that's the product that I'd seen advertised so it doesn't make any difference to me.

M&S is great value, as long as you'll use the stuff. I can always use an eyeliner so for me the two eyeliners more or less justified the £40 spend. Or that's how I justified it to myself anyway...

Thanks notangelinajolie. I’m hoping that means that they haven’t sent them out yet and not that we’ve been missed!

Space nk had a 15% discount a while ago and has completely sold out, but JL keeps coming back in stock so you might still be able to get one of those.

This is all too tense for me, I’m wishing away the festive season just so I can stop checking calendar updates every day

Has the Cult Beauty secret full size item been revealed yet? I’m guessing it may be honey related based on a spoiler I saw but I could be wayyyyy offff!

For other trying their luck - the link didn’t work unfortunately. It seemed to somehow figure out I wasn’t worthy of the calendar and threw my off after dangling it in my face.

Looks like it's sold out already so they can't have had very many!

Just clicked on the CB AC email link. The website says “CB AC has officially sold out”

I know it’s not beauty (sorry) but does anyone know when degusta calendar will be delivered? I got an email to confirm order but nothing since?

That’s such a shame. If you were able to put it in your bag, the link probably worked but sold out before you got to checkout

@Jooox, it is a little crazy that the calendars are released quite so early.

For what it’s worth, looking at the luxury calendars still available, in my view the best ones left are:

• for a more skincare focussed calendar, NAP. It’s more expensive than CB but you may be able to get 10% if you’ve never shopped there before
• for more make-up focussed, the Flannels advent calendar would be a pretty decent option: www.flannels.com/flannels-beauty-beauty-christmas-advent-calendar-712899

Liberty and Selfridges are also options still available, but I agree with AprilLady that NAP is the best.

Selfridges has some good inclusions, but I'm struggling to see how the contents can be worth £700.

Both NAP and CB are more than I’d ever normally spend on a treat but I’ve bought into all of your arguments that in some way, in some universe, I’m actually saving money by buying more calendars

My bank balance won’t thank either of you but my skin will!

I'd have suggested Fenwick's Advent Calendar (which I bought again), but just checked and it's sold out!

@Jooox I also think the Flannels AC is pretty good - I was going to get it if I couldn't nab a CB one.

If you have a Blue Light (NHS etc) card then it's 15% off and they honour it on the AC unlike some places so it would be worth getting the Blue Light card (£5) just for that. It has a nice eye palette and a couple of good lippies IIRC.

Not beauty related but another £35 down the drain on an advent today as I discovered a small chocolate maker whose chocolates are amazing is doing an advent calendar so I've obviously had to purchase!
