Hope nobody minds me starting the next thread but we'd hit 1000 posts!

F&M has arrived and something in it smells fantastic. I also got the note about the replacement product but I'm fairly sure that's the product that I'd seen advertised so it doesn't make any difference to me.

M&S is great value, as long as you'll use the stuff. I can always use an eyeliner so for me the two eyeliners more or less justified the £40 spend. Or that's how I justified it to myself anyway...

Ah, yes. I was drawing a complete blank!

Decided to go with John Lewis - we're doing up a house so I'm making a token effort to economise - as I remembered that I had the thick end of £100 in my Quidco account. So that's the perfect excuse isn't it?

I withdrew that as a John Lewis gift card and went to order and it's out of stock. I've added my email for a notification if it comes bck into stock and I'll keep my fingers crossed!

I am coveting the John Lewis one.

Quite glad that it is out of stock as £159 is a lot to spend on my haggard face.

I've been on the Liberty site (I finally got a Liberty Love scarf instead of dithering until they had sold out! 🥳) and if anybody fancies the AC and hasn't bought it yet, there's 8% cashback if you go via Quidco.

I got 4.8% on the scarf, I think - Space NK usually has a decent rate too .

Does anyone know or can anyone remember how much the Elemis deals on QVC have been in previous years?

@Decaffe re the November Elemis TSV on QVC my sources tell me that there is an apricot toner in the set.
Plus a PC Marine Cream, cleansing balm, face oil, bath/shower cream, body lotion & hand cream. The body stuff you have the choice of Frangipani, Wild Lime & Ginger or Skin Nourishing.
If you look on Twitter there's a chap called QUncovered who must work there as he updates all deals etc as they're due plus pics ahead of time.

I like the Apricot toner but I'm drowning in cleansing balms at the moment!

It feels like they have had some many new products launched in the past 12-18 months, why not put some of them in the Christmas box? I have toner and cleansing balm coming out of my ears and I’m sure the PCMC is drier than it used to be. Oh well!

well, I’m in Europe so brexit has severely curbed my spending on lotions and potions this year so I thought fuck it. I can’t have any of the ones I usually get like Liberty or F&M or M&S so have more or less what I could get. Then a friend came to visit and brought me the H&B 😄🤷‍♀️

Have bought the lancome one for the last couple of years. Loved it

I’m on my last moisturiser, which is unheard of, so may start with Clinique and one other tomorrow. H&B has to be Dec cos I open that with a group of U.K. friends on a WhatsApp group and lumene will be jadvent as I’ve bought one for my mum too, for Christmas.

I have LF, ASOS, Space NK, Espa and I can’t remember the last one, to fit in.

I would normally have bought tsv’s from qvc through the year but that’s all stopped now. Cheers brexit

I know. I only discovered QVC on this thread last year. I got tie Elemis set and some Neom candles and something else I can't remember.

I.might be as well off that brexit put an end to it and saved me from myself...

I only discovered Elemis after getting the night cream in LF last year and the cleansing balm has become my go to cleanser it makes a huge difference to my skin. It's my birthday in late November so I'm going to ask DH to get me the QVC deal, the cleansing balm alone is £44 a pop so it's a really good deal for me and I've not really tried any other products so I'm excited (although I had been putting off trying more as I know if I like them my bank balance won't thank me...).

I posted on thread 3 that my F&M calendar turned up last week ‘out of the blue’ after them failing to send me a despatch advice email. Well, guess what turned up this morning, 4 days after delivery? Yep, the despatch advice email! For a brief moment I thought that F&M were kindly sending me a 2nd (free) calendar haha, but then I saw that they’d attached the DPD delivery confirmation to the email. Oh well, I suppose it’s comforting to know that they do have me on record after all.
On another F&M matter, several posters have commented on how lovely their calendars smell. Well, mine doesn’t smell at all. Zilch. I’ve opened up the outer box again this morning and had a good sniff. Nothing. (Honestly, there is nothing amiss with my sense of smell today , having earlier caught my cat mid-act in his litter tray 💩 😳). Now I feel that I should at least feel in all the boxes to make certain there is actually stuff in them? Phew, this F&M calendar is giving me headaches this year - I hope it’s worth it 😂

Have you got anyone who can check each draw for you? I got both my calendars delivered to my mums who unboxed them and checked each day had something in for me

I really liked the Elemis marine cream from the LF calendar. That and the ESPA made it really worth trying for the price although I wasn't so taken with the ESPA one. I love ESPA body products but didn't love the face cream. Even a nicer smell would have made all the difference.

wasn't so taken with LF this year but definitely a fan if Elemis now and will look out for deals on QVC. They have various deals throughout the year.
