I tried a random one on in JL that had been reduced to £20 and didn’t buy it. The colour was very very bad on my skin tone plus even for Toast it was enormous. Poor little rejected dress.

Shall we pass a hat round and adopt it as a pet?

@NoCureForLove - that is a brilliant idea! we could take pics in it and then post it on to the next person!

I would actually do that. And enjoy it. Between 10 = 4.50 each. Cheap art project!

The Luna dress arrived and I really love it and am keeping it. A few things if anyone else is considering it - it’s very similar in size and shape to the harlequin dress. I ordered my usual Toast size 12 (RL upper end of 14) and it’s a perfect fit. The fabric is very thin - I will need to wear a slip underneath. Definitely not an AW weight of dress by itself. I’m not pleased about the lightweight fabric tbh however, I feel that it’s pretty flattering and I know I will get a lot of wear out of it. I feel really good in it 😊

I was laughing about that poor rejected pink dress and nearly bought it out of pity last week when it appeared on the site.
All quiet on the Toast front here. I am back into my Gabis at the moment now it's colder, and have dug out my jumpers that I bought a year ago. So no new knitwear for me this year as I sort of lost the run of myself last year!

@Saurus72 love the Luna dress on you. We’re a similar shape so off I went to take another look on the website…. And it’s sold out in all sizes! Bank account has breathed a sigh of relief I guess….

There are loads of sell-outs aren’t there, I wonder if it’s covid/Brexit related or whether it’s part of their strategy to avoid having sales as much as possible. @AmethystMoonShine don’t let your card rest on it’s laurels though, there are bound to be returns you can pounce on 😊

My cotton poplin tuck dress arrived and its a keeper.
Im a RL 12 and the 10 is a good fit, comfortable but not huge.
Its beautifully austere as PP stated the cut is just lovely, particularly the neckline and sleeves which are slightly balloony with a cuff.
Will be a beautiful staple.
I really wish toast would have a couple of dresses that they do in different fabrics.
I loved the block print dress for the same reasons, lovely cut and fabric.
I would buy this year after year.
