My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

I was holding out for a new Liberty set to spend some credit on... but that one isn't really doing it for me.

Does anyone know if you still collect loyalty points when you spend credit? Can't see why not as it's still your cash you're spending, just in a more delayed way - but good to know for sure before trying to take advantage of the quadruple points offer.

I get an email monthly, subject 'You've been topped up' which shows the barcode and the amount of credit you have. You don't get a separate voucher/ barcode after each topup, the credit balance on the exisiting code just increases (or changes I guess as you spend, I've not spent any yet).

It's a bit of a strange setup - if you sign into your Liberty account there's a section for Beauty Drop, but it doesn't show me the barcode or balance anywhere in there at all.

@GreenPalmTree - you will have a long number on the confirmation email - you need to use it to check your balance or to spend it

I've just ordered some of the Sarah Chapman overnight facial using my credit - can't see anything in the t&c's about this not qualifying for the loyalty rewards - it will take a while for the points to be credited though

I spent my liberty collective vouchers today (not my beauty drop) and it said I had collected points with that so I’m sure you can with the beauty drop. Im not feeling the new beauty kit either, one of the poorest offerings in a while.

£75 though. Think I'd rather get a bottle of the new Diptyque.
But then I've only got one instead of 5.

Someone previously queried the free postage aspect of the Beauty Drop and whether it was just on beauty. I bought an Emma Bridgewater mug for my mum earlier (so below usual free postage threshold). I was signed in to my account but didn't use my beauty credit, and the postage was deducted.

you've to use the beauty credit not to pay postage i believe

I have had free postage on everything, even on very small low cost non beauty items such as stationery since I joined the beauty drop back in October.

You don’t have to use your credit to get free postage, agree with PP it takes it off at checkout if you’re logged in.

I have signed up, hopefully it works as I need to use a mail forwarder as they won't post it to my location 🤞 do you have to have a certain amount of credits before they sent the beauty box?

Just FYI to anyone new to Liberty like me. I did the spend £50 get £10 back to spend in April and the voucher came through on an unrelated email this week right near the bottom so do have a scroll on down if you did the same.

It is here and I put it straight on my head
To be honest all I ask for in a shampoo is that it smells nice and doesn't strip my hair
It definitely cleaned well, the scent is VERY spearmint and eucalyptus so more refreshing than a relaxing scent
I like it
