Liberty Beauty Drop Subscription Box SPOILER

My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

Oh also, the hair milk stuff that was in the most recent beauty drop box has literally transformed my hair, it rescued the dry frizzy split ends (long overdue a haircut!) and turned them smooth and glossy. I’m very impressed. It doesn’t smell fabulous but I can live with that.

That's what I ended up spending my voucher on - a full size one - cost after voucher £3:50 . It's really helped my hair - I'm glad someone else is a bit meh about the scent as everyone else seemed to rave about smell

My box still hasn’t arrived :( really think I’m going to review my subscription I done want to have to chase this every few months . Has anyone else had issues ? I’ve obviously seen what the contents are this time around and I can’t say that I’m particularly looking forward to it , if it eventually arrives . I do still have my £140 credit though :)

I complained that I didn't get a £20 voucher and they added £20 to my beauty drop balance!

@BurningTheToast they sent me a message saying that they'd attached an image they wanted me to see (that I can't see attached at all 🤦🏻‍♀️) which didn't really give me an answer and my Beauty Drop credit hasn't changed.

@BeaLola its verging on a sort of clinical medicinal smell to my nose but as I said, the benefits of what it does to my hair far outweighs the fact that it isn’t my favourite smell.
I’m going to buy a full size one too. My biggest gripe is that the spray stopped working after a few uses so I have to unscrew it and pour it directly into my hands now.

Oh I so need to know what that was now!!!

Well knock me down with a feather they've topped me up £20 too! They said it was "not linked to Beauty Drop, it was a campaign run by our marketing team with different criteria."
What I do like about liberty is that they have excellent customer service. I can't fault them!

Due to catching up with this thread last night, I checked my emails and there was the voucher.
I got a pair of Anni Lu earrings reduced from £40 to £15 and a lip balm. Paid £1.95, Delighted!

Hmmmm.... i didn't get the £20. Now wondering if I should email them...but maybe they're now sick of everyone jumping on board!

I really like the look of this new scent kit...especially as I love Frederic Malle Musc Ravageur, and there's a 10ml of it in there. But what are the chances if I get it now then it's reduced/has 15% off/has double points in a couple of weeks time. If I had a £20 voucher on the other hand...

I looked at that this morning @doublecleansed. Then I told myself not to be ridiculous when I could put that £75 towards a full size bottle of something I know I love.

No £20 voucher here. So many good perfumes, I keep trying to choose a Le Labo one but I like so many of them so dithering further.

I emailed this morning to ask why I didn't have the advent calendar notification and the voucher.
They replied that I wasn't set up for marketing emails and I have been given the £20 voucher :)

Ooh, thanks for pointing that out @LoveLabradors 😊. Just ordered the pink bag using my £20 collective voucher- useful bag containing gin cocktail, chocolate and nuts, all for £40 rather then the original £85! Yum! Feel happy that I’ve gone for something non-beauty related, with all the advent calendars on the horizon…….

I love the tresco hamper too and could use my beauty credit on it, but not sure in reality how much I would use it!

@LoveLabradors I really want the Tresco hamper and wondering if it will drop in price again. I actually think I prefer the thought of the hamper to the advent calendar! But I really don't like the thought of banana salted caramel truffles 😂

@Someaddedsugar last year I had proper beauty advent fatigue (didn't bother with one in the end) but almost went for the Fortnum's Feasting Calendar. I think I could be tempted again this year. I'm not sure Liberty do a big luxe food one (if they did I could use my beauty drop credit on it)
