My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

Thanks MrOlivander, I'll check also, seems a shame not to try. Grin

Sadly, I don't think the sleep drops are having much effect for me...I actually had quite a bad night's sleep last night after using them. How's everyone else getting on with them?

Brogues · 14/04/2022 10:49

I had a good nights sleep and was pleased that I didn’t still feel drowsy this morning. Could have just been a one off I suppose but the taste was pleasant so I will continue to use for a few nights and reassess.

I’ve turned my box inside out too.

Saurus72 · 14/04/2022 10:54

I’ve used the drops for the past couple of nights and they’ve had zero impact for me. Sad, I had hit hopes. But also glad I didn’t spend £££ to find out.

I love the shower gel, smells truly lovely. Also like the hair oil too.

LesLavandes · 14/04/2022 11:09

I still haven't received mine. Should I contact them?

Obelisk · 14/04/2022 11:15

Just got my first box Grin

Can somebody explain how to use the £20 credit? I'm actually thinking of buying the perfume* so could put my credit towards it but I can't work out how to do it.

Just got back from a couple of days away to find mine lodged between two plant pots by the front door. Sadly the box has turned to mush, so no turning inside for me 😭.

This is my first box and I love it. Looking forward to trying everything as soon as I'm unpacked. I'm easily pleased, but it's so much nicer than the stuff I used to get in Look Fantastic boxes. I'm with the roast dinner observation though... that's a very strong rosemary fragrance!

Popsicle33 · 14/04/2022 20:24

I tried the drops last night and had a wonderful sleep! I have insomnia and have had a particularly bad week. It could be a fluke but I don't think so, I felt very calm and knew when I was drifting off. I usually get sleep paralysis at that point but I didn't last night and it was glorious

TabithaTittlemouse · 14/04/2022 20:38

I tried the drops the other night and they were okay but I had really bizarre dreams Grin it might be the drops although I do take a sedative and have awful trouble sleeping. I need to try them more.

nolongerpetitebleu · 14/04/2022 21:40

Tried out the coffee scrub. It was very satisfying and my skin felt amazing afterwards, but the shower took lots of cleaning up!

Shiningpath · 15/04/2022 08:58

Has everyone had their email yet? I haven’t but looking back they seem to arrive on the 16th of every month. I’m very impatient to buy something.

You don’t have to wait for an email. If you log in you can see how much your credit is and what you have available to spend.

Hmm, now I'm back and opened the box last night. To be honest, I'm less than thrilled, especially having just seen the picture of the first box in the OP and been reminded how good that was.

I'll use the Sisley sample and the body wash is in the box in the bathroom ready for next time I need some for the gym.

I did try the CBD drops though and they seemed to work for my peri-menopausal insomnia. If anyone isn't planning to use theirs and would like to swap for any of my other products, that would be brilliant. Hair oil anyone? Or the perfume? I don't suppose anyone wants the scrub...

I'll stick with the Beauty Drop as I will use the money banked at some point (bought a lovely candle last month with some of it) but I don't think I'll be as excited to open it in future.

BangingOn · 15/04/2022 17:05

I tried the scrub and hair oil this morning and loved both. I did have to give the shower a good rinse down afterwards but my skin is so soft. My fine, straight, highlighted hair drank up the oil and it’s lovely and silky but not weighed down.

StayWeird · 15/04/2022 20:05

The Charlotte Mensah hair oil is incredible! I used it this morning on blow dried and straightened hair and it calmed my usually frizzy hair immediately. My hair is now soft and shiny and smells gorgeous too. I would definitely consider investing in a full sized bottle. I had aimed to save for the advent calendar but just know I'll spend my vouchers way before Xmas 🙈

I'm not sold on the body lotion. I agree with a previous poster that it smells like a roast dinner!

Mls1984btc · 15/04/2022 22:29

How do you guys work the hair oil? After of before hair straightening? Do you literally just squeeze out a drop onto the hair?

TheChosenTwo · 16/04/2022 00:18

@Mls1984btc I’m too scared of hair oil, they always make my hair greasier quicker! I can usually go 3/4 days between hair washes (I often wash more frequently but it takes ages to dry and straighten so once I’ve gone to the trouble I want it to last a few days) - it never seems to matter how little I use and only at the very ends, it seems to travel to the roots by the next day Grin
I think this one said you can use on wet or dry hair though. So before drying or after straightening perhaps.

RockaLock · 16/04/2022 08:38

Some great customer service just now from Liberty.

The hair oil was missing from my beauty box. I wasn't sure whether to contact them about it - it felt a bit cheeky seeing as the box is free!

But as I won't use a few products in this box (hated the perfume; won't use the CBD drops or scrub) I thought I would email and see what they said.

A replacement hair oil arrived this morning Smile - I'm looking forward to trying it!

TabithaTittlemouse · 16/04/2022 08:50

That’s really good @RockaLock!

supadupapupascupa · 16/04/2022 09:08

If anyone doesn't want their cbd please message me. I won't use the shampoo or texture spray. The drops are working wonders for my husband.......

Exitstrategist · 16/04/2022 10:51

If anyone wants the hair oil, scrub and Sisley mask in exchange for the cbd drops please send me a message!

TabithaTittlemouse · 16/04/2022 16:01

@Exitstrategist ah I wish I had seen this before I started using them. I love the mask! Sorry.

Isabelle70 · 16/04/2022 19:17

My box arrived this morning, hoping the scrub will clear the new cellulite dimples I have found!
