Look, I just HAVE to wear a bra with SERIOUS PADDING. There's no way around it.

But all my dresses have spaghetti straps.

Is it A REALLY AWFUL CRIME? Or if the bra and the straps are both black, is it okay?

My upper arms are a bit wingy so I normally wear a throw or wrap/cardie anyway

Tesco (seriously) do a great multiway bra which you can make strapless. Cost about a fiver - have summer boobs for first time ever

I have this problem too, I do have a strapless padded bra but I got it in France. However it is very uncomfy under my boobs, it really digs in, I guess they have to but it's not good. Surely a good bra shop would be able to come up with something?

Actually, serious answer, I would say that a completely contrasting colour bra strap can work. A black spaghetti strap dress with a green or purple bra strap is obviously intentional, so looks less underwearish and more of a fashion decision.
