Look, I just HAVE to wear a bra with SERIOUS PADDING. There's no way around it.

But all my dresses have spaghetti straps.

Is it A REALLY AWFUL CRIME? Or if the bra and the straps are both black, is it okay?

they are more supportive than just a bra

I have tried many basques but the problem is that my baby-flap of skin on my belly is sort of framed and the overall look is so horrifying that I start crying and drinking vodka

I think you'll find I've given you the perfect solution - wear your preferred, own bra and substitute the straps for the ones on the link I posted.
