Yes the marketing of "beauty' products is disgraceful. Like using slim 40 year olds to advertise those aids for walking or bathing it's rubbish and sadly many young and old people are taken in by it. I also hate the people who talk about how 'wonderful' the 'baked' (I'll use that now!!!) and botoxed\ lifted celebs look. It's negates so many of us unless we go along the same dangerous, costly route. They don't look wonderful anyway IMO they just look as if they're wearing masks

If I use anything I use Dr. Hauschka, the make up lasts for ages, more expensive but worth the money.

And as I said before IMO it's more down to what is put into the body and a good night's sleep, than what is slapped on it!

Getting back radiant skin is not a one-step or a quick process. To regain the radiance and glow to your skin you need to ensure that you eat healthy. By healthy, I mean a properly balanced diet. This will ensure your skin gets all the nutrients that it needs. Secondly, avoid anything that may negatively affect your health. Daily exercising can help sweat out many toxic contents. Ensure you exercise and consume the best foods for glowing skin.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Loads of water because dehydrated skin never glows. Good diet, daily spf 40+. I use Clinique’s Even Better Glo foundation which is good too.

I use this foundation too. It has got quite expensive though don't you think? What skin care do you use with it?
