My 30th is coming up in January & I would really like a nice ‘everyday’ necklace.

Please share your ideas/your pretty necklaces - I don’t really know what I want.

I have the bee earrings. Beetle drops in citrine coming for Christmas! I’m a huge fan of their drops. I’ve just had a pair of diamond “daisy” style earrings I wasn’t wearing converted to drops and the posts were removed. If you can make it to Bicester Village, there’s often something of interest in their shop at quite big discounts sometimes.

I tend to think fashion jewellery is about the name. I buy vintage jewellery too. So much better value and some of my pieces have appreciated beyond my wildest dreams.

Manufactured diamonds are not diamonds. They will never have any value. Some diamonds are ethically mined. If you don’t want modern mining, buy old diamonds. Lab creations are just not the real thing.

@PresentingPercy sound wonderful, I would love the chestnut or acorn but they're ££££ so will wait for a very special occasion OR win the lotto.
I also love vintage jewellery. And agree about the diamonds!
I'd love to visit Bichester Village some day. But I'm not in the UK

Well if you ever come to London, they do special trains to Bicester Village from Marylebone station. It’s been hugely popular! I would still like a hoopla Butterfly pendant.

Just looking at Annouska and in love with the organza bangle! Not with the price.

I love silver, it doesn't tarnish on me. Also have plantium but have really started to like yellow gold recently. I think it's price has really increased over the last year.

I do prefer real stones but do have a beautiful ring from Lavan with a lab opal. Looks lovely, but I'd have preferred a real one. Not sure if the environmental impact though.

Since lock down I've developed a jewellery habit.
