I know I'm late to the party but isn't CeraVe brilliant?

Seriously , I can't believe how good it is. I've been using it for about 8 weeks and it's transformed my skin.

I read a post of here about how it's got ceramides in it and that's why it's so good ( will have to Google what that are!)

My rosacea has practically gone,no dryness or flakiness any more ,it's a bloody miracleSmile

@Tasharuby1 are you still eating dairy? Have you tried a proper elimination diet - it can take a long time for skin to repair after you have removed an irritant and there is often more than one.

I have Rosacea too and find the best thing is to use as few products as possible. Don't plaster your face with several layers of product. I found Kalme a soothing range for Rosacea pretty good. My Rosacea really flared up when I developed IBS and I believe there's a link between the two and endometriosis as well.
The one thing that really helped is Probiotics - kefir and fermented products really helped reduce inflammation both internally and externally.

Top tip with the CeraVe cleanser is to use it as a hand wash too. Soap can really dry your hands out, you wouldn't use it on your face so I guess it makes sense! ( before I get jumped on......some might and if it works for you that's fine but my face would look like a walnut if I put soap on it!j

My face would fall off if I used soap on it Grin

Ive cut dairy out and I’m on a low fodmap diet.
I’m supposed to be starting an elimination diet. The hospital dietitian was supposed to be ringing up last week.
