So I followed advice from here and purchased some foundation in Primark. Best suggestion I have followed on here. And I have followed a few ... My question now is what else do you recommend from Primark cosmetics?

I've never tried any of their makeup but I'll certainly be having a proper look now! They do these eyebrow scissors for £1, they're fantastic - makes doing your own brows so much easier.

I definitely recommend the lustre lip sticks and the false lashes. The lipsticks are my favourite.

I bought a lipstick in there, about 89p I think. Wish I bought more. Great colour and staying power, doesn't smell weird or greasy, nice texture. They had loads of colours but I only bought one at the time in case it was crap. Will be stocking up next time.

They’ve got a great set of Lustre Lipsticks in a gift box at the moment for £10ish.
I went in yesterday and got foundation, concealer and mineral powder as well as the Benefit Roller Lash dupe mascara and I’m really really impressed!

The gold tube mascara and eyebrow 3 in 1 thing are both really, really good. The eyebrow stick in particular I just can't find anything else that's nearly as good.

The primer water is really easy to use, just spray on your face , leave to dry then apply foundation, keeps my foundation on all day. I do prefer Max Factor infinity cream style primer, it gives a more dewy finish, but the Primark one does the trick too

Off shopping today so will try some of these suggestions.

The staying power of the foundation in the glass bottle is fantastic, I’m finding, and I usually get a bright red nose in the cold weather!

They’ve just released some lipsticks which are basically a copy of the Huda beauty in two different formulas for 2.50.

They satin/ cream version are really very nice. Smooth and weightless with really very lovely shades

I sometimes buy the mascara and loose mineral powder. I never buy the eyeshadow palettes because the colour payoff is not very good. The lipstick is OK. Their makeup brushes are very good for the money and they have a good selection. Their purple, green, yellow concealers are really good and do the job. I guess it's like anything some good stuff and some not so good!

I actually have a really good eye palette from there I think it’s called Minerals but I got it ages ago - then I purchased another and it was nowhere near as good, so I don’t know if it was a fluke.
I find them quite good for experimenting with new colours to see if I would actually wear them before splashing out on more expensive brands
