I’ve had fat reducing injections

I got them today. I haven’t told anyone. I’ve lost 5 lbs and I’m happy with how small I am except the tub at the bottom of my tummy. I’m booking in to get my love handles done if this is successful.

Apparently these have always been huge everywhere... other than here. They’ve been around for years but are just entering the UK market.

Fingers crossed. I just wanted to tell someone!

Haven’t had hops done yet, this has made quite a difference to my overall feel for my body so I’m unsure whether I’m going to bother getting them done!

@Soho there is definitely a difference obvs goingvto be marginal as you haven't alot to begin with.did your last post state you wont have again?

Sohololopopo · 08/11/2019 18:04

No I would, I was going to get my hips done, but I’m not as of yet, because having that bit of podge reduced it’s gave me a new found appreciation for my body! So I’m going to hold of putting anymore shit in me at the moment ha! But yes, there is a difference albeit minor league! Hope this helps anyone who was looking into it anyway.

I know it’s an old thread, but how did you get on with them?

MareofBeasttown · 05/07/2021 10:28

I can't tell the difference, tbh.

JaneJeffer · 05/07/2021 14:55

ZOMBIE THREAD
I wish @MNHQ would lock them

Zparks · 05/07/2021 19:03

Sorry to add to a zombie thread but I just want to call BS on this type of procedure: doctors have seriously questioned the safety of this and the results don’t even last!

Cars1101 · 28/09/2021 21:29

How did they go, did it work??

Nomoreusernames1244 · 28/09/2021 21:36

Is this the thing that’s fucked up Linda Evangelista?

That’s what I was wondering, didn’t realise was a 🧟‍♀️ thread

ZOMBIE, I know but regardless of that, what a waste of money and time. The OP was slim with a healthy, lower end of normal range BMI and almost completely flat stomach to begin with. There was nothing to improve. Horrible preying on women’s insecurities.

Kazzy1965 · 06/02/2022 16:13

I've just had aqualyx backs of my thighs. I've been dieting but pockets of fat there won't budge so I thought I'd give it a try. Only been a week but can already see a slight improvement!..

Lightning020 · 06/02/2022 17:08

I tried something like this. I only had it done once. I am very sensitive to pain and had to have a medium setting. I only lost two inches which went back to normal after literally a week.

Sadly I cannot get on with these appliances.

Lightning020 · 06/02/2022 17:09

Nice waste of £300 for me.

Kazzy1965 · 06/02/2022 18:46

I had aqualyx injections. It's not painfull at all. The substance desolves fat pockets and you have to drink lots of water so that the dissolved fat gets broken down through lymph system and comes out in your pee. Cost me £150.

Lyraloo · 15/04/2024 19:10

Moominfan · 26/10/2019 07:39

£180 pretty cheap...

Well you lose weight but don't change your eating habits so only going to put it on. Change your eating habits and it'll go anyways 🤷🏾‍♀️

That’s so judgemental, the op is not overweight and a lot of people have areas of stubborn fat they can’t get rid of despite being an ideal weight! Nothing at all to do with eating habits!
