Holland and Barrett Beauty Advent Calendar 2019

Mine has arrived! Not opening until December (obviously! ) but thought I’d get a thread started.

Details:
25 days, priced at £35. Listing states products worth £146 plus a chance to win a luxury spa break.
I used some of my H&B points towards this, and also went through Quidco. Shipping is free.

I'm a bit meh with another essential oil today but will let them off as I'm really enjoying everything else!

Would really like a night cream and something from their make up ranges to try

Yes it's very similar to the festive essential oil we got earlier , never mind as I like them both. I'd like a night cream and a hand cream.

This calendar is fabulous. And when you consider it’s one of the cheapest it makes it even better.

Hand cream. I have quite a lot but honestly this one does look interesting and I’m not disappointed.
It’s a really great calendar and I’m buying it next year as soon as it’s for sale and I’m getting my mum one too.

Miffed by today’s. We all know bum forming cream doesn’t work. Feels like the tube isn’t full either. First one I’ve been truly meh with.

Btw, the orange oil in an inhalation steam with menthol is lovely if you’re feeling a bit ill. Was up doing it at 5am this morning.

*firming. I definitely don’t need to form another bum.

I'm going to give it a go anyway Writers 😁, my bum needs as much help as possible! It made me laugh so that's a result on a Tuesday morning.
Push-Up Buttocks sculpting gel today

Same, bit unsure about it. In the spirit of things will give it a go. But I tend to not be great with too many different creams for different body parts. Like neck and chest cream, surely that’s going to be covered by either your face or body moisturiser.

Anyway, do you think we can use that bum cream all over as just a normal moisturiser?

......At least it’s something different! I’ll give it a go!

Did anyone get the calendar last year? If so has it been mostly the same stuff so far?

I'm so jealous of you all ... I wanted to get it when it came on sale but was led astray by an urban myth that they go half price on Black Friday. Of course they sold out WELL before

Got their Clean Beauty Box instead as consolation which I love however I'm determined to order next years calendar as soon as it goes on sale.

Very happy with the Manuka cream today. Great size and glad for the voucher. H&B remains the best advent for me!

Fantastic one today, Dr Organic Manuka honey cream, 50ml too! Smells lovely and I'm looking forward to using this.
Used the buttock cream last night and it felt nice!

Brilliant one today. I use the same brand but the foot cream and it’s really really nice. Such a great size as well!
But we are starting to run out of doors! 🙁

Coconut toothpaste 😂

At least it’s full size, unlike when I got toothpaste in one of the other boxes. I’ll give it a try.

Oh dear....I'm going to give this to my DM who likes 'alternative' flavour toothpaste and stick to the Colgate
