I am NOT enjoying choosing my wedding dress - pics

I’m getting married on my 45th birthday, in just a couple of weeks - and I’m so excited.

Except I’m at my fattest. Ever. And suddenly who I feel I am inside doesn’t match what’s in the mirror.

I simply can’t find a dress that suits me.

I keep thinking I’ve found ‘the one’ - then I see the pics and just feel I look heinous, and back it goes.

If I show the pics, can anyone out there give me honest feedback, make suggestions etc?

It’s a tiny registry office wedding followed by a nice dinner after.

I love the new number two (pink lace one). I think it's THE ONE! I like the idea of navy with it but if you wanted to feel more brides you could go for more traditional ivory wedding shoes - fun ones of course!

Last dress does also look nice but looks a bit bland to me. You look happy though and that’s the main thing. Also was expecting to see someone huge but you’re not. No one is as unkind to you as you yourself are. You’re lovely. Don’t forget it.

I think you could get away with the red shoes if you went for a big bouquet of red roses with green foliage. They're not ideal to my eye at the moment but with more splashes of red you could pull it off. If they're comfy and you love them to hell with it wear them anyway!

I think navy would look too boring tbh. Moss green would complement the dress colour nicely. Imagine tea roses - they're blushy pink and dark green. A nice moss green suede heel would be lovely actually. Then a bouquet of cream and green.

Mmm, I wouldn't go bridal-y shoes with that dress.
It does look great on you especially now you've got shoes on. Few dresses look good with bare feet!

This sort of mossy green shoe. Green and pink is a soft combo found in nature a lot and it's lovely imho.

Definitely stick with the red shoes. They’re fab and red goes with everything!

Thing is, DP has a bit of a thing for me in red shoes

But if they don’t look right I like the thought of green, grey, rose gold or silver.
