The black cami in the photo is the same as the khaki one they had in Tesco @neveradullmoment99 - khaki one wasn't in my size so I picked up a black one instead. Only £8 and I'm quite pleased with it. If I find the khaki one at another store I'll definitely get it, so annoying you can't order online anymore.

dontcallmelen · 19/04/2019 19:14

never glad you are keeping the jacket, it’s looks totally fab.
Ella outfit is lovely & great for sightseeing & dinner, maybe add some colourful earrings/bangles/necklace for evening look.
I am shattered my garden looks like a hurricane has hit, the remnants of two trees & about a ton of sawdust, are spread all over it as they were too late to get the dump so coming back tomorrow hopefully.
cherries crikey hope the treatment works.

neveradullmoment99 · 19/04/2019 19:14

I know. Ive not seen those in mine yet. If I see one I could get one in your size and post it to you. Very often though these kind of things come at different times to different stores. I was looking around yesterday and didn't see that top. Its very nice. Is it an 8 or a 10?

Ellapaella · 19/04/2019 19:29

It's a 10. Sometimes I go for a 12 in Tesco depending on what it is.

neveradullmoment99 · 19/04/2019 19:47

If they get them in, I will get one for you. They haven't had them in so far. I will look out for a 10 in the khaki :)

Laska2Meryls · 19/04/2019 19:47

I have just ordered a pair of fugly ecco walking sandalsfrom the outlet store -they are really, aren't they? , but so much cheaper than the new ones As we went out walking to day and my old sandals really rubbed,,
was a route we walk often about 12m but could either be that it was the first time out this year in bare feet/sandals or my old ones have had it, they are v old .. But ooh... I am hobbling this evening ...

It was so gorgeous here , The Island is rammed with the first real visitors of the season, and it is always so strange , when the beaches , paths etc that we have walking over winter and which have been deserted for months are full of people again ! I wore Hush denim shorts , Hush pale green slub T from last year, and my Panama (and glad I did it was so hot)

Never that is a fantastic jacket! and a great price, .. Sadly I am such a messy type, I'd just wreck something in that colour ..

Cherries poor you , toothache is foul Sad

Ella* you look really good in that , definitely a good outfit.

Dave good to see you , so sorry about your house buying/ selling woes, I hope you get a new buyer soon

I cant remember who had a sick/vomiting child? hope they are a bit better .. hate dealing with that ..

Len I sympathise, we have been hedging over the last few weeks and our garden is massive and has field hedges , .We do have a big shredder, but there's only so much mulch we can use, so several tip trips, still need to be done here ..

Soy enjoy Norfolk, are you Biking? Doesnt seem to be many here this weekend , which I am quite surprised about, But I think Whitsun , may be when they have a big camp/ride out here

dontcallmelen · 19/04/2019 20:31

Laska ouch sometimes you have to take fugly comfort over style.
Must be strange to be suddenly invaded by lots of people, was a lovely day here predicting 25deg tomorrow, so hopefully garden will be cleared early, then dulwich park/gallery & somewhere nice for lunch with dd,sil & dgd.
I’m contemplating having some ice cream with, lemon gin n tonic sauce from M&S.

Ellapaella · 19/04/2019 20:43

Lemon gin and tonic sauce sounds very tasty 😋

justilou1 · 20/04/2019 04:34

I was thinking gin and tonic sauce would be nice with salmon.... it’s a dessert thing?!?! Even better!!!! Mmmmmm!!! (*mutters “bloody keto diet!” under breath....”

SoyYo · 20/04/2019 10:19

Hi 👋 hope you’re all enjoying the amazing Mr Bluesky 😎
@laska the walking sandals are a bit fugly but not that bad and tbh you need comfort if you’re walking so many miles so very wise purchase.
I used to go to the IOW biking do over the Whitsunday weekend, in our days before DC. Great memories and good to know it’s still going strong. 👍 poor DH can’t bring his HD to Cromer as there’s no secure parking at the flat, he won’t risk the public car parks overnight and we’ve been on the waiting list with some nearby garages for sale since 2014! Not they’re like gold dust in the centre of town. I can see the North Sea sparkling in the sun from our balcony so will be going out in a little while for beach and then cliff walks towards the lighthouse. DH suffers from his ankle motorcycle injury so he can’t manage more than 1 hour walking at a time. DC may join us tomorrow but they seem content to have the run of the house to themselves so we shall see. It’s not so hot here below 20C compared to the 24 forecast inland but not complaining Wink

@Ella the harems and vest are a genius dupe for a jumpsuit I saw the pic before reading the text and at first thought you’d bought a new jumpsuit. Totally suits you and will be so comfy for Rome sightseeing 👍

@cherries like you I’m after the navy biker so wise to return the suede if you weren’t totally sure (even though you looked amazing with it on)

@justi hope you get a chance to relax and no more sickness this weekend, sounds like you’ve been super busy

@never so glad you’re keeping that gorgeous biker

@len garden sounds like a massive job! So enjoy a well deserved afternoon out with Dd and dgd

Laska2Meryls · 20/04/2019 10:20

Yep Len I dont like the mix of colours much on the new sandals , but they are so much cheaper than this years ones, and after a few tramps around the island paths and beaches and they will be a dusty grey anyway!!

We have DF and DB over having a bbq so diet will be out of window to day.. I am keeping off the bready etc carbs although I cannot promise I wont have a Wine or two..

This morning I walked ( hobbled) down to the local butchers and round to the co op, only about a mile all told but I usually would have taken the car as I did have quite a lot of shopping to get .. (I thought of it as as good as arm lifts on the way back!)

I am determined to keep up the exercise but have blisters the size of 2ps on both feet ! (ruddy sandals).. I reckon I can still cycle tomorrow though..

No sign of a Hush Easter 10% Sad.. I see the sale ends Monday.. so wonder if some new stuff will be out later this week (there is still some on prshots we havent had yet .. )

Laska2Meryls · 20/04/2019 10:22

Cross posted with you Soy ! Have a great day , We still have to make a trip up to Cromer for a look-see .. on our list though!

Laska2Meryls · 20/04/2019 10:27

We live only just up from where the HD rally is held .. every Whitsun we have to fight (I certainly wouldnt , they look right scary!) the HD crowd for beer in the co op and listen to the roar going round the island as they come down the road ,just a field over from our garden !! , its quite scary when you are out on your bike on a quite country road, and then they all come past !!

dontcallmelen · 20/04/2019 11:43

Laska crikey blisters sound really painful, well done you for still trying to walk/exercise they are sooo bloomin painful, so definitely go with comfort, enjoy the bbq🍷
Beautiful day here it’s actually quite hot, still no sign of the sodding tree people & cant get anything done in the garden until all the debris is removed 😡 it’s literally covered in tree branches.
Soy sounds perfect enjoy.
Yy lusting after the blue jacket, but the only way I can afford is if it were to be reduced at some point.
Have a lovely day everyone.

Ellapaella · 20/04/2019 11:43

@SoyYo your Norfolk pad sounds lovely. I was meant to clear the kitchen yesterday but got distracted by painting the garden fence. Currently sitting in minor injuries with eldest ds who has injured his knee playing football. It's 19 degrees out there and I'm feeling very sorry for myself to be missing the sunshine!

twosoups1972 · 20/04/2019 12:12

Morning all Smile

never the jacket is beautiful, looks great on you

laska I know Queens' School very well, some of dd's friends go there. How funny! It was my dd who had the sickness bug a few weeks ago but think just's dc have also had it. Just - your dc have it again?? Sad Oh dear, I wish you all better.

Hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather. We had breakfast in the garden. I'm wearing a summer dress from Whistles today but can't help thinking I've missed the 'in between' weather. Gone straight from winter coat to no coat!

dontcallmelen · 20/04/2019 12:20

Ella lol at distraction, I am always doing that hope all is well with Ds & don’t wait too long.

twosoups1972 · 20/04/2019 12:36

Hi Soy sounds beautiful where you are. Living in London I don't see the sea that much which is a shame because I love it. I'd love a beach hut somewhere one day but dh can't see the point!

justilou1 · 20/04/2019 12:37

So funny ladies that you are all excited to be warming up and I am excited that it’s cooling down and we are approximately the same temperature! My kids are better now, but I feel like crud. Just run down from dealing with them, laundry, assignments, etc..... Am jamming vitamins and veggie juices down my neck. Taking tomorrow off and going to visit my lovely uncle and auntie for nagging and spoiling with the herd tomorrow. Of course the weather has turned and it’s gusty and rainy (lovely!) and not good for laundry anyway!!! Taking a lovely veggie frittata with me, which the kids won’t dig, but my aunt and I will adore. (It’s all about us!) Thought I’d jump in first and wish all you lovely Hushistas a magnificent Easter!!!!!

spamandbeans · 20/04/2019 12:42

Do any of you buy the hush v neck T-shirt's? I have got lots of mediums but wonder if I should size up to large - I'm a 14 and like a loose relaxed fit

twosoups1972 · 20/04/2019 12:47

Soy can I ask you a hair related question please? I was reading your posts on the CG thread about hair cutting. I want to take dd to a specialist CG hairdresser to get her hair cut. I found someone quite near by to where we live and made an appointment for a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it was cancelled as the hairdresser was ill and now she doesn't have any appointments until mid-June! Do you know of anyone in London you would recommend? Or maybe I should just stick to this one and make an appointment in June....

neveradullmoment99 · 20/04/2019 12:49

@spamandbeans - lots of us on here have the V-necks. I am a 12 and I wear the small size. They stretch out a bit after washing so I do think a medium will be fine.

neveradullmoment99 · 20/04/2019 12:51

and thanks @soups for nice comment about the jacket.
It is very warm outside. So lovely. Not much doing except a bit of gardening. I hope everyone has a great day :)

spamandbeans · 20/04/2019 12:53

Sorry I have the mediums already in them I just went to our one on today and thought maybe I should be buying the large to get a more relaxed look. I worry that getting a large though is admitting I'm bigger!

spamandbeans · 20/04/2019 12:53
