Should I get my lips filled?

I have always had thin lips but now they’ve disappeared into a Resting Cat’s Bum Face. I’d love to get them filled but I’m too scared of getting a trout pout.

Has anyone got any advice or any recommendations ie
Hyaluaronic fillers? Dentist or beauty practitioner?

Thanks.

Interested to see if mine look filled or not

They do Queen as you have the 'pout' going on, but you're probably going to tell me that you haven't now! Ha ha

I had mine done about 2
Months ago, only 0.5ml between the upper and lower lips. I literally had no top lip and it's made me feel so much better. Definitely not a trout pout, in fact unless I tell people they really wouldn't have any idea I'd had them done

The bottom lip looks as though it has had filler, but i think they look fine, you dont really have that trout pout in my opinion,
I have seen some that do look overdone, yours do not,i think they are nice

YesQueen · 23/03/2019 12:46

@BusterGonad no filler! Someone asked me where I had them done Blush

princessTiasmum · 23/03/2019 13:27

Some people do tend to have the lower lip a bit fuller than the top, so you are lucky Queen my lower one is a bit fuller than the top, which isnt bad but wish it was a bit fuller
I dont think there is anything wrong anyway with having lip filler, except when they do go over the top and look ridiculous

BusterGonad · 23/03/2019 14:58

@YesQueen I knew it! Lol! They are very pouty, you are lucky. I don't mind fillers but my only concern is that all young women getting such things tend to have a certain look about them. My friend has had Botox around her eyes, and imo it just pushes the wrinkles closer to her eyes and just looks a bit odd. Now obviously people should get what makes them happy but it just makes me a bit sad when everyone looks like a reality star.

Crappy photos but this is how my lips look with face make up on and concealer around edges.

Next post is with lip liner and lipstick to show how fuller they look. I don't think they look overlined.

Bright pink! The look even fuller with a pale colour.

Have you got fillers palo? I think your lips have character and look great in that lipstick!

Palominoo · 23/03/2019 18:19

Thank you BusterGonad. (love your name, ardent Viz fan here).

No, I haven't got fillers. I was trying to show how I use make up to make my lips look fuller.

A smear of very pale concealer around the edges of my lips makes a huge difference after lip liner and lipstick is applied.

I had mine done in February. I paid for 1.0ml but we didn't use it all. My bottom lip was already full, just the top one was thin.

They looked stupid for 24 hours and then settled down. I love them now.
