Please?

I think the one Oti wears has been recommended here before but can’t find it now

34F if that makes a difference

I wear panache active underwired in 36GG

PCohle · 14/02/2019 15:11

I like Freya active and I've had a shock absorber one in the past that I liked.

No idea what Oti recommends but I'd like to know!

PostNotInHaste · 14/02/2019 15:12

Enell

ChiaraMontague · 14/02/2019 15:16

Anita Momentum is the best I’ve tried

AvaTheGardener · 14/02/2019 15:22

Panache Sports bras are brilliant - I'm on my 4th. (34DD) I wear mine for running and the gym and nothing moves. They're underwired and don't give you monoboob, yet also sturdy enough that if you want to throw a loose vest over the top in the summer you won't look like you're revealing too much.

CremeDeSudo · 14/02/2019 20:19

Shock absorber I think mine is called. From Bravissimo. I'm 34E

CremeDeSudo · 14/02/2019 20:19

They don't move!

Kittykatmacbill · 14/02/2019 20:27

These shock absorbers; I run a lot (okay 100 miles a month) and have biggish boobs (34f) and these are great. If you aren’t fused by colour you can normally get an amazon bargain.

One of my DDs has a Goddess sports bra that has changed her life. Not sure if they are available in the UK though.

34H is a tough row to hoe.

aldgadgie · 14/02/2019 20:47

Shock absorber and mine don’t budge when I run

Stopwoofing · 14/02/2019 20:48

Or alternatively, I’ve got 2 primark sports bras that were cheap and the double layer works well!!

ThursdayLastWeek · 14/02/2019 20:50

I wear a shock absorber too, and actually, upon reflection I realise I’ve had them for over 4 years with no reduction in quality. I rotate two, and have a slightly less good one for low impact stuff.

Fourmagpies · 14/02/2019 20:55

Shock Absorber were always my go to sports bra and I do still have some but I also now have an Elomi energise which I love. It's underwired and the shape looks a bit odd but it's fine under clothes. I wear it for Body Pump and yoga. I haven't tried running in it yet but back to running this week so I'll see how I get on!

PalindromicUser · 14/02/2019 21:01

Shock absorber all the way.

thecapitalsunited · 14/02/2019 21:09

I’ve tried all sorts over the years but none of them fit if your boobs touch at the top. Unless anyone knows of a sports bra for big bigs which doesn’t have underwire right to the top? My boobs push any bra with too deep a time away from my chest when I lean forward.

cpjoli · 14/02/2019 21:11

I love my elomi and freya. 36g here and they both work brilliantly.

LemonBreeland · 14/02/2019 21:12

Love the panache underwriter ones. Not cheap but do the job

Betty777 · 14/02/2019 22:07

Yup, shock absorber. If you can, get fitted at Bravissimo but not essential (mine is a size smaller than it should be but still does the job) They last years and no stretching

Jemimapuddleduk · 15/02/2019 10:54

I’ve got a Freya one from Belle lingerie. My 32f’s don’t move in it 😁

FlagFish · 15/02/2019 10:55

Love my Enell. I’ve had a shock absorber in the past but Enell gives better support IMO.

floribunda18 · 15/02/2019 10:59

Do people buy a size bigger than their usual bra?

Half the time when I try a sports bra I look at it in allegedly my size and think that my teenage daughter who is a 32A would have trouble getting that on.

Then people tell me that they are supposed to be tight and uncomfortable. Well, bollocks to that. I'd rather go for a walk instead or run and bounce a bit than wear something that I can hardly breathe in. I can't get on with any firm support bra I've tried, they are just appalling.

KatharinaRosalie · 15/02/2019 11:01

Shock Absorber Run. I find it runs small and usually order a back size up.

SubparOwl · 15/02/2019 11:02

Shock absorber. I wear 2 at once. (34G).

Felicia4 · 15/02/2019 11:02

I'm 32HH. Shock absorber is the only bra that holds me all in. I can do as much running and jumping as I like without risk of giving myself a black eye. And doesn't make my boobs look a weird shape either like some sports bras do.

floribunda18 · 15/02/2019 11:02

Plus the fact half the time I can't get in them in the first place as I can't fucking fasten them or get in them. I cannot fasten a bra or bikini behind my back and half of them have stupid bloody extra straps that make it such a fight. I'd rather just slip on a cropped top.
