I'm calling it! You know the rules, wear a different lipstick every day this month. (I love this and look forward to it every year.) Has it been a year already? Shock I've been buying make-up (again) and have some lippies I need to get through! I'm not wearing anything at the moment, that will change come morning though. Smile

sapphire how are you wearing two different shades? Are you changing lipstick during the day or are you layering two together? Just curious! I’m not brave enough for blue.

Oh I'm late to this party, last year my NYR was not to buy any more lip products, I failed in June! But really all mine are almost the same colour once up and on it will see if I can gat a decent picture of my of the moment fav

Today I'm wearing Revlon HD lipstick, the new one in the long bullet in 725 Sunset, it's a pinky coral and the texture is glossy and summery. I've also got a dark pinky purple one. Will post a picture later.

Today I am wearing Mac Twig (sorry for the appalling photo).
Back to work tomorrow after a week off so will be wearing make up everyday and will definitely try for a different one - certainly have enough!

Pinkie Do you mean the Revlon ones RE packaging? Because they are really pretty. Revlon limited editions are getting on my nerves because they don't release them properly. I missed out on the Color Charge collection (except for the lip powder palettes which for some reason Superdrug got) when I wanted the lipsticks. Although if you do mean the Rimmel ones I would recommend them, they feel nice and moisturising but don't slide around, last a while and smell yummy.

princess I change lipsticks. I tend to wear a more normal colour for work (although our uniform rules don't say anything about make up so in theory I can wear whatever the hell I want. I've twice been told to take my lipstick off so double checked and will point this out in future. And as the company I work for allows visible tattoos, piercings and unusual hair colours I don't see why I can't wear green lipstick, but I know one of my colleagues doesn't like it and will make a fuss because she's rather narrow minded.) When I finish work I put on something different, which can be anything.

I never use a lip brush. But judging by the selfies I’ve been taking for this thread I do need to take a bit more care with my application, so maybe I should!

I use a lip brush if I'm trying to look really nice, like meeting a friend for lunch etc. otherwise no.

Yep sorry sapphire it is Revlon and arrived yesterday. Great colour and will see how it wears as like look of cerise one too. This is the rose one.

Apparently exclusive to amazon. Cosmos/ galaxy themed set. Lipsticks feel like usual lovely Revlon creaminess and packaging is really cool. Lasting well so far.
Lots of blues and sparkles but also 4 more classic shades that I’m tempted to try. £7.99 I think!

Pinkie I'm an enabler, clearly. Grin I've got the four metallic ones and the grey and blue matte ones. The other six shades were also released as part of the Matte Is Everything collection with six more shades that I thought was a permanent collection, but that was limited edition too!* Figured out I may as well get them in the pretty tubes and then find the other colours (Boots has three, Superdrug two and Amazon the other one, though that supposedly may take three months to get here!)

This website has all the colours.

This one has some swatches. So Lit! is the one that's going to take an age to get here. Unless I find it when I go to Oxford on Saturday as their Boots and Superdrug are both big ones.

(I am a make up geek, half the fun for me is researching it.)

*I found that out when I went on the Revlon USA website and they only had two left. Panic!

lipstick I never use a lip brush. Some I can apply smoothly without any help, some I apply then use a baby wipe to tidy up the edges. Smile

My lipstick yesterday was Makeup Revolution atomic lipstick in Make It Right, and today's is the same again but in the shade Make Me Tonight. (I got them in a free goody bag.) The first is a shimmery dark purple, the second a dark greyish purple. They smell like crayons, but I can live with that.

Today I wore Clinique Pop in Pinot Pop. I loved the marimekko packaging and may have bought quite a few just because of that Blush
