Lilash is another product that’s meant to be good. I’m currently deciding between that or Revitalash x

Wasn’t their concerns that the product changed your eye colour

beachmat · 20/10/2018 06:03

Yes, there was some controversy about it. Do your research! I tried rapidlash (new formula) and it didn't do anything.

Mumsnut · 20/10/2018 13:16

The ingredient that caused blue eyes to turn brown in some cases was taken out long ago.

It’s a bit of a risk to take for longer lashes though isn’t it? I wouldn’t know what ingredient to look out for or if it had been taken out.

FabulousTomatoes · 20/10/2018 21:15

I’ve been using £2 castor oil from Amazon for six months and my god it’s great. You have to be patient though.

indignatio · 21/10/2018 06:23

Does anyone know whether it is ok to use when your lashes are already subjected to 6 weekly lift and tints?

Aridane · 21/10/2018 13:53

Inspired by this thread I have just ordered Revitalash from their official website.

On promotion plus a 10% discount as first order. (So quite a bit cheaper than Amazon).

Will post again in 6 weeks!

creamcheeseandlox · 21/10/2018 23:46

Rapid lash is £30 on amazon. It's brilliant. My usual short lashes are so long now. Still fine but once I have mascara on the result is amazing. You have to use it every night and don't see results for at least 4/6 weeks. These pics show my ladies with lash sensational mascara on but for me these are so long.

I bought some lashXtreme off Groupon, used it for 2 months now and nothing, trying castor oil now

cheesefield · 23/10/2018 18:36

My revitalash has arrived from QVC 🙌

Told DP it was £20. He said "How much?!" in a shocked fashion. 🤪

Laiste · 23/10/2018 22:01

Mine too cheesefield Grin I used the very very last bit of moisture off the brush of my old tube this morning! After shaking it hard and tipping it about.

I'm thinking the two years i've been using that old one is a bit too long. (Downside of buying the large size maybe?) Or maybe i've just got used to the length of my lashes ... Anyway - i'm hoping for a nice lash boost when i start the fresh tube tmrw :)

Tailfeather · 23/10/2018 22:09

I have used both. Rapidlash did nothing for me, but Revitalash really worked. My eyelashes were so long and everyone thought they were fake.

Tailfeather · 23/10/2018 22:10

@Mumsnut Ooh! Yay! Take a photo of your eyelashes now and report back in 6 weeks so we can see!

Personally i found it made each hair thicker and stronger (and darker incidentally) and longer. But not more hairs. IYSWIM?

AndSheWas85 · 23/10/2018 22:36

I've used Lilash in the past and found it excellent. My lashes are fair but were of average length. After about a month and a half of using it, the difference was amazing, even had a few people asking if I was wearing falsies.
It is expensive and results do take time to work, but IMO it was worth it.

Aridane · 23/10/2018 23:28

My revitalash has arrived today. I’ll do before and after shots!

Laiste · 25/10/2018 15:34

Just thought i'd mention - day 2 of new tube and the familiar brief stinging sensation is back. That wore off with the old tube at the 18 month mark i think. I did feel lash length wise it wan't really doing it's thing towards the end.

slapping new stingy one on 3 times a day to get my best lashes back!

Mumsnut · 25/10/2018 16:10

Yes - have noticed the stinging and my eyes are a little red-rimmed ...

Though less so every day.

The Joan Collins (in m&s) eye lash treatment gel works too for lengthening. I use it on my eyebrows too as they are a bit patchy. It's £10 on sale at the mo

princesstiasmum · 25/10/2018 17:04

Dues the m&s one work? and how long does t take to work

holidaylady · 25/10/2018 18:42

I saw results in about a week. But do need to keep using it (obviously!)
It looked like had false eyelashes on!

cheesefield · 25/10/2018 19:04

Can you put it on more than once a day? Does it make a difference?

Laiste · 25/10/2018 19:50

Twice a day is recommended isn't it? (i've chucked the blurb away) I do twice a day for the first couple of weeks.
