Thanks for all the nice comments. I didn't know they did it in another colourway Theonly Interesting. Maybe you could link?
As for me, well going to do some work today and sort stuff out. All the children go back to school here a week on Wednesday so want to get organised! Going to pop into work tomorrow to see how things are doing but not staying too long. Just slobbing about so cropped harems and tee and its absolutely pouring still.
Laska Really like the shorts with the yellow tee. They look super comfy. Not been on the hush website today at all but might have a little look while I wait for the printer to spit out my displays for work.

ilovecherries · 06/08/2018 09:32

I have a few odds and sods of sale stuff coming today or tomorrow. Zoe shorts in a 10, Hortensia shirt in a 12. Suspect both will be too small though. Rose jumper in a medium, and then will decide whether I’m better with it or the small I accidentally ordered last week. Dark denim boyfriend jeans in a 12, but I see it says to size up on the website, so these may also be too small. They are def an autumn purchase though if they fit, but will be nice to have new jeans for the colder weather. I’m back in England now, never, and it’s shorts weather again. I never really appreciated how marked the divide was till I came here - and we are only about 100 miles south of the border!

Ellapaella · 06/08/2018 09:32

My rose jumper has been sent to wrong delivery office. Which means it'll likely be more than a week after I ordered that I receive it now. Annoyed as I have no patience waiting for deliveries! Not that I'll be wearing anytime soon as it's still so hot.

DavetheCat2001 · 06/08/2018 09:39

Hello from Menorca!

It's scorchio here, loving it though as usual.

Off for lunch shortly so giving my Marissa dress it's first wear.

Have to be honest, I'm not sure I love it or the top. It's comfy to wear but just not sure it's me.

May sell it when I get home.

You look great in it, Dave. I’ve yet to wear my Marissa (the other colourway). Have a good day! DD and I counting down the days to Menorca now Smile

Laska5772 · 06/08/2018 09:50

back to the vet this morning, just for a monitoring visit for dcat . Am wearing star shorts and a vest top..I have a couple of things coming later on..

I need to decide about the Seasalt raincoat.. what did you all think about the Citron colour? I know I can rely on you for honesty !

zippyswife · 06/08/2018 09:51

Well I was t expecting to love the hush order I put in but..... I love it all. The brayebrook trainers in nude, babydoll dress and the striped amie joggers.
Does anyone know how the babydoll dress washes up? I’ve got it on and don’t want to take it off- all I’m doing now is going to visit my grandad in his care home then taking the kids to the park... if it doesn’t wash great not sure if I should be saving it?
Surprised how great the trainers look. Wasn’t sure i could do the nude trainers- being fair and freckled but they look great.

ilovecherries · 06/08/2018 09:53

I loved the raincoat on you, Laska. To the extent I’ve ordered it to look at alongside my red kallifray to decide which one to keep. What is making you hesitate?

Ellapaella · 06/08/2018 10:04

Yes the citron colour looked great @Laska5772 - I think you should keep it.
@DavetheCat2001 looking good as always, have a great time.

Talisin · 06/08/2018 10:08

I thought the citron raincoat looked fab, Laska. I had to talk myself out of it in fact as I just wouldn’t get the wear out of it but it looked so good on you.

hammeringinmyhead · 06/08/2018 10:09

I was a 30 waist before I got pregnant and wanted the Amies for maternity leave so I got a large which is 30-31.5 waist, but they are so big they fit me now at 26 weeks! Totally fine as I'm running out of trousers for the next 3 months, but now I don't know whether to order a small as well...

dontcallmelen · 06/08/2018 10:20

@Laska, the raincoat is a keeper, colour really suited you.
@Dave I like the Marissa on you, colour is pretty but tbh I think it looks a little big.
It’s very hot here, no breeze at all I’m melting already.

neveradullmoment99 · 06/08/2018 10:35

I agree with everyone else @Laska. The raincoat really suits you! The colour is great on you. Not sure why it is niggling at you. Its very flattering and the shape looks great.
Dave I think you look great in that dress. Enjoy the heat. Its all set to change this week to cooler and fresher. Many will sigh in relief esp down south.
Thanks for the link only Really like that too so have put in my wish list. Thanks.

DavetheCat2001 · 06/08/2018 10:43

Thanks chaps.

Melen the dress is a 6 (ridiculous I know) so nowhere to go from there!

It is nice and cool to wear though.

Laska5772 · 06/08/2018 11:04

.. Its just that previously all my coats (except those worn for sailing ) have been in 'nice, safe' colours , black dark blue, deep red , dark purple .. Its probably a hang up for Ye Olden Days when we always told to look upon coats as 'big investments' Smile

But right I'm persuaded! DH said he liked it and he has a good fashion/ colour eye .

Only £17at the vets! and no more visits for a few weeks unless something goes wrong .. thats a relief

cherries You'll most likely find its bigger than the Jellifray (unless the one Iordered was wrongly sized.. have to admit I was surprise it was so small on the bust compared to the citron one )

Laska5772 · 06/08/2018 11:07

dave Ive only worn my Marissa once and that was on holiday ..loved it though .. But I'm just going out again to town so perhaps ill go put it on . have to pick up that Jamie strapless bra from Next never ... ill lookout for the skirt ..

OP posts:
Ellapaella · 06/08/2018 11:08

I have the Kellifray in a 10 and it is definitely snug on the chest.

Laska5772 · 06/08/2018 11:09

cherries you'll also find that the Porthchapel doesnt have a two way zip. which the Kellifray does. . But it also doesn't zip right the way down (buttons up right the way down though) so its fine to sit down in

ilovecherries · 06/08/2018 11:40

I know exactly what you mean, laska. Clothes always had to be ‘servicable’ And coats especially had to last well and be gender-neutral enough for all siblings as well. I have never had more than one winter coat at a time in my life, so it feels very indulgent to buy one that is not going to work across my entire lifestyle. Which is why I chose the deep red, and am now feeling a bit off about it, as it’s not the cheery coat I really want. I’m having a delayed mid life crisis!

SoyYo · 06/08/2018 13:54

Just catching up with thread Hush friends
laska I like the Seasalt mac too, now torn between trying that or the yellow that never linked to earlier as a bit concerned the kelfray (which I also liked on cherries might be too tight across the chest and it that’s the case sizing up to a 14 makes it huuuge elsewhere). Really pleased to hear dcat is stable

never such an unusual pleated skirt! Lovely!

ella nice laptop bag you linked to. Now you know your real bra size you can look at figleaves and belle lingerie/others for sale reductions...

melen over 30C where I am too

dave you look beautiful in that dress

To the pregnant OP wondering about stripy Amies post pregnancy I recommend you go for S or XS as I’m a 32” waist (or thereabouts) and the S are still very roomy on me

MinesaPinot · 06/08/2018 13:57

Got into work this morning and my Hush parcel had arrived over the weekend with the bluebell merino scarf and Kate stripey dress.

Both are great (especially the scarf which is bargainous!) and not going back.

Need to stop now and put money away for new boots in autumn.

SoyYo · 06/08/2018 14:06

And I had a super chilled weekend on the North Norfolk coast. Perfect sea breeze to keep from melting.
Wore wine coloured Marseille shorts even on top of swimsuit to the beach with a black sleeveless t shirt and felt super comfy.
My Boden swimwear order arrived just in time before we left. Tankinis going back. But this swimsuit in a 16 Blush to accommodate my 34FF chest actually was kept and worn...it’s a wee bit big on my back as I’ve very narrow hips/small bottom but it looked good enough to keep and I liked I didn’t have the usual boa constrictor tummy shaper or under bust wiring. Felt safe and lovely on all weekend. I think stocks are low/only large sizes left but recommend 👍
m.boden.co.uk/en-gb/clearance/womens-view-all/swimwear/s0033-nav/womens-jump-in-jump-in-swimsuit
I might ask the lady that’s taken my leopard maxi for shortening 1” to see if she can just take the bottom hips by 1/2” each side but equally happy to leave as is because it looked and felt very good
Here’s a pic from yesterday

Ooh Soy beautiful picture I’m dreaming of a breeze am London, it just feels really oppressive at the moment, I don’t mind the heat but the lack of air is getting too me. I had a swimsuit altered last week & worked a treat, wasn’t sure if such a thing was possible but the seamstress didn’t bat an eyelid.
