Also if you are cold in winter, why not buy some hush wrist warmers. Then just pop them over your 3/4 length sleeves. Another option.

That would really only work with 3/4 length sleeves, not shorter ones.

Ok, so the answer seems to be to not care about the thermal being on show at the neckline .

I’m feeling irritated by Jigsaw. They got the cowpat coat back on 3 August, and no refund yet. On querying this they say that it takes 14 working days - ie nearly 3 weeks for them to process a return. If Johnnie can turn it around in 48 hours, that’s just crap. Not encouraging to buy again really.

My Caro top arrived today.

I'm not sure about it. It is pretty, but I'm not sure the colour suits me.

It also has a huge crease across the middle (which i could iron out) which makes it look weird.

Looking forward to seeing the new stuff tomorrow though

Rather looking forward to a wee browse tomorrow. I think it was Soy who asked did I keep the suede jacket - yes. I was hmming about it, tried it on with loads and it is gorgeous but not amazingly practical. DH reminded me I’ve got a load of practical coats and offered to go half’s so it stayed!

Dave I liked the Caro until I put a jacket over it. It didn’t sit well (although I think maybe it would in a smaller size).

hmm..I haven't tried it with a jacket yet. It was more the colour I wasn't sure about.

I'll try it on again in the morning and see how I feel about it then.

I am up :) Not purposefully though. Just cause I was doing work. They never put the new stuff on after midnight if I recall. Its usually on by the morning. Looking forward to having a look. Feeling tired so think I might pack up my laptop soon too.

Had a quick flick through when I woke up. Lot of stuff that wasn’t on PR Shots - bit overwhelming in fact - I’ll need to have a slower look later. The green velvet (or velour as they insist on calling stuff now) trousers aren’t there though so presumably a later-in-the-season drop. There seems to be a wider variety of ‘new’ new stuff as opposed to rehashes of previous years in different colourways (although there’s plenty of that too).

Lots of new stuff but I have tried to be restrained as lots of the stuff I bought early last season has been in sales so I have only bought what I have loved. Navy Ivy dress as I have worn the burgundy one loads - perfect for work (in winter with thermal long sleeved top and leather jacket), black Amies as I think I'll get a lot of wear from them on weekends in the motorhome. Rock n roll sweat as it's my favourite colour and I just love it as well as the carpe diem t shirt. Hopefully I am now sorted until the next sale.

I did consider the V neck wide tops as I wore both of mine last year so much but they are only available in the same colours so too similar unless they end up reduced

Really like a lot of the new stuff. Some of the shapes of the asymmetric skirts are a bit weird now you see them on the model. Love the zebra skirt and a few other pieces that will definitely be on my buy list. Going to see if there is a discount coming my way though. Love the tiger tee. Not bought anything yet though but will browse after work as I don't really have time. [ Maybe a blessing for my bank balance!!!] Cant wait to hear about other peoples spends. A bit peeved though as premium delivery hush friends isn't available at the moment. Not sure if they are going to change that. Its £6.00 for now!!!
