Amies.. should I or shouldn't I? They are sitting in my basket but review code isn't working for free delivery, is it worth it or not do you think?

I also find with the tape ones is that the inner thigh bit tends to ride up when you walk. They are the only ones that do this. It may because I have sized up. They are a gorgeous wash though. I wonder if they are shorter than the black ones?

The black ones have a bit of stretch. The tape ones have no stretch.

I think they are definitely worth £15 if that helps. I'm not sure they are really 'me' for going out though. But brilliant for slobbing around at home and not that bad if you need to go out.

Yeah.. think they will make good lounge pants if nothing else but don't really want to pay £3.95 delivery!

With the 10% it kind of compensates for the non-free delivery.

I think the cotton they are made of is so soft and beautiful. Mine are in the wash after wearing them so cant really show you.

Yes. I like them slightly more fitted in the leg. They are an xs. They look black but they are navy.

Ordered the stripy one. I spend so much time lounging round the house in comfy PJ bottoms that I can justify it at that price. I'll probably end up wearing them more than anything else!

Everyone who posts a picture has looked good in the stripe. I just cant get used to me seeing myself in them. They are good for round the house and I would probably wear them out to yoga /exercise. I think they would look good on you Ella.

@Ella, you will probably wear them ALL the time. Do you already have amies? When I first bought mine I wore them loads. I wear my cropped harems more atm, probably cause its been warm.

I wear my long harems all the time. Probably one of the most worn items in my wardrobe, as soon as I come in from work I put them on so anticipating the Amies will be the same.
We will soon get through another thread once the AW collection arrives!

I would like a long pair of harems but tbh I have a black pair of amies and a navy and stripey pair. 2 pairs of cropped harems - grey and the black. I really don't need anymore. I need to wear the ones I have out first!!!

Actually when I was in the town today I just couldn't get excited about the clothes as I have ordered a fair bit. I don't need a jacket, trainers, denims, tees, jumpers. It was nice to see things in the flesh but just wasn't enthused enough to buy anything. So I came home with nothing!

I think amies are a bit lighter for this time of year than harems Ella. You will so live in them. I’m currently teaming with the cest si bon t and it’s a perfect easy outfit!

Yes you’ll love the stripy Amies ella better than PJ bottoms for home wear and you can pop out for milk without needing to change.

The ST Style mag yesterday had article on pleated skirts being one of the key trends for workwear and showed one of the Next ones (along with other £££ designer options). The style writer was modelling with a plain loose white shirt (not tucked in) and flats, and recommended loose jumpers for AW. So that confirms it then. Girls on this thread are right on trend!

Got home about 30 mins ago, and you’ve all nearly filed this thread before Wed! Wonder how many threads there actually are now? Anyway, this was waiting for me. Really just sent for it yesterday to scratch an itch as I’ve loved it since it was released. However, having scratched it, I’m pleased to discover it’s not for me and it’s going straight back. This is a 12 and it makes me look very hippy - and not in a laid back 60s way. My arse looks huge in it, and that’s probably my smallest bit. Anyway, I was already wearing this green jumper with Amies for traveling but I was somewhat to realise that I have either a slub tee or a linen top in every single colour of this skirt. It’s already back in the box, but though I’d show you.

This is the lemon coloured Cara in a medium which I am still trying to decide about. Also wearing the dark wash boyfriend jeans in a 12 which I think might be too big? I’ve just reordered in a 10 to try.
