're the ridges. It's lack of vitamins and minerals. If you permanently paint tootsie the sun can't get in. I am not in my 50s and had this and had to leave off the varnish for half a summer. Now it's ok and I don't paint in the winter when I wear shoes and it all seems to be better. I took a multi bit with lots of zinc magnesium and vit d.

I do have asthma and some traces of lung scar tissue (according to chest consultant)
Interesting about leaving off the varnish - I could do that this winter
Might try some vitamin supplements as well
My finger nails are not ridged at all, although quite weak at the moment as I’m growing out too many gel polishes

You may have a 😳 big, big toe, however your toes are all uniformed and decrease down the line.
I have a weird ET finger type second toes and the little ones are really independent from the rest of my feet.

Bizarre! My big toe measures the same size as yours but looks completely differently proportioned on my (size 3/4) foot. Are your feet a size 1?!
