Jealous Laska.. What fun though packing clothes for summer hols, what are you taking?
I've been on a few other s & b threads but it seems a bit quiet this weekend. It's the last few days before payday for me so I try not to browse Hush too much at these times so as to avoid temptation!
I'm still in the market for a summer dress, like a couple of Hush ones but seen some lovely stuff on the Mango website.
Never how's your Mum doing?

Ellapaella · 17/06/2018 11:50

@MariaWaria there are rarely any codes but REVIEW18 will get free delivery and returns. Going to JL is good for trying things on but they won't necessarily have everything that's on the website.

miffy2 · 17/06/2018 11:52

I am quietly reading the thread but have nothing much to input as I am trying not to spend too much on clothes right now, instead I am focusing on working out and losing weight to comfortably fit all the clothes I already have in the wardrobe :)

I also need new bras and a bikini so keeping an eye on some websites for offers and sales.

I have a few dresses enroute from Boden in the hopes of finding an 'easy' wear day-to-day dress. Fingers crossed.

miffy2 · 17/06/2018 11:52

Oh, also waiting for the Hush sale, dontcha know!!!

ilovecherries · 17/06/2018 12:00

I’m good :). Wearing my lepoard print tee and black peg trousers. Sporting my shaved head today as well.

Is there anywhere you’d particularly recommend in Greece, Laska? Just generally, you don’t have to share your best kept holiday secrets. Grin I once worked with a woman who point blank refused to tell people where she went on holiday as she didn’t want anyone else going there so now I’m always careful about asking. I have been feeling very nostalgic to go to Greece this summer though. I did the whole Greek island thing for 6 months after uni with my then boyfriend, but apart from a very awful two weeks in kavos in Corfu (didn’t realise that Kavos was for the 18-30 crowd) just before kids, we’ve not been back. I’m in Spain twice with my parents, and then with DD, and we usually go to the US but I’m feeling disinclined to give it money at the moment.

never I have just bought a simple silver and coral beaded bracelet from Janie Bates .. It may come in time for hol but if not no matter..

Janie Bates ethnic type jewellery for the rest of you to peruse

AFingerofFudge · 17/06/2018 12:05

Quiet from because I've been working lots this week, and mostly because I'm now sitting on my hands until the sale starts. Question for any experienced Hush buyers- what sort of discounts do they do?? Am hoping for generous ones obviously!!!

MariaWaria · 17/06/2018 12:09

Thank you Ellapaella

redtulip12 · 17/06/2018 12:10

I have a nice big PayPal balance sitting waiting for sale. Wish it would hurry up otherwise might have to spend it at mint velvet!
I wore my blue Tasha dress yesterday which I love. Today it's old clothes for dog walk and decorating.

@MariaWaria I have a £10 off first order referral code you can use if you would like it. I get £10 off too. Would need you to pm me your email address. Otherwise I think free delivery and returns is the best around but use a cashback site too.

neveradullmoment99 · 17/06/2018 15:28

Glad you like the jewellery. I think some of her stuff is really nice and was sold for about x3 on the Toast website.
Ella My mum is doing good. She was out with me yesterday. I think we both feel a bit nervous as she gets her results this Thursday.
Ive not bought much. When i was out yesterday I have actually bought a sun dress from next. Its really nice but it was £55 so a bit Shock at the price. It does have lovely embroidery. I also did buy the sundress from Tesco but I am not sure it suits me. It was only £18 and may just keep it as I really love the animal print.

Next embroidered dress. Unusual colours but the style is great as I can wear a bra with it. Reminds me of a hush dress I had a couple of summers ago but in white with fluro orange embroidery.

Sorry my mirror is dirty [ My dd 7 being a bit of a fashion queen trying things on with smudgy handprints Blush ]

It is tied with sweet little tassels at the top. It is quite pretty and fine for just being out and about in the heat instead of shorts.

DavetheCat2001 · 17/06/2018 19:06

That's really pretty never

dontcallmelen · 17/06/2018 19:49

Yy Never, the colours are pretty.

Laska5772 · 17/06/2018 19:53

I like that on you never are you going for a clear strap bra or the one i bought with it?

dontcallmelen · 17/06/2018 19:56

Yes, definitely a bit quiet I’m waiting for the sale going on holiday middle of July, so would be nice if I could get a few sale bits for that.
Was trying to be good, but just spent a fair bit in gap on dgd had good discounts on everything though.

Laska5772 · 17/06/2018 19:59

and I've bought a couple of tops from Mint Velvet Blush (lemon and blue)

ilovecherries · 17/06/2018 20:02

That’s lovely, never.

I’m happy tonight because I’m going to Scotland tomorrow for a meeting. Have to be back down here on Tuesday so won’t be able to go home but DD is going to come to Glasgow and meet me for an early dinner before I head back. And this client always expects me to travel first class, so I will have a comfy journey :)

Ellapaella · 17/06/2018 20:33

Looks lovely never

neveradullmoment99 · 17/06/2018 21:17

Thank you :) I really liked it when I tried it on and then I took a photo and wasn't sure about the colour but it is actually much nicer in RL. Strange how things come across sometimes in photos. Laska Actually I had it on with just my nude bra and you really don't see any straps as you can adjust the bits at the top as they simply tie so you can have them as low or as high as you like. The little bits at the top are just braided with tassels on the end. I will take my M&S bra on holiday though as I am hoping to buy a few of the Grecian tops in the sale as I love the prints.
Sounds like you are going to have a lovely day tomorrow. This Is my last full week of school and looking forward to wrapping it up. I only have 3 days this week and 3 days next week and then I am off for the summer. It cant come quick enough. I am going on holiday mid July and we have changed our plans to go to Italy and it has always been extremely hot when we have been there. I need some sort of swimming costume as the one I had was a size 16. I wore it two years ago. I was never a 16 but a 14 at the time it just seemed pretty small made. I wonder if the sale will be early? I hope it isn't on a work day so I can get in there and order. No chance if I am at work!!! [Although could sneak a peak at lunch time I suppose!]

OP posts:
neveradullmoment99 · 17/06/2018 21:21

Oh and the good news that I had to size down to a 10!!!

OP posts:
neveradullmoment99 · 17/06/2018 21:21

It was probably big made but it made me feel good !!!!

I've just noticed the navy paloma jumper, why haven't I noticed it before?😍 I need it but it's all out of stock! Does anyone know if it's just a summer item or will it be likely to come back in A/W? Anyone got it? Is it nice and does it wash well?
