I ended up buying this bag in the sale. A bit of fun (although I wish the YEAH was silver) and will work with all my dresses that I'm taking. I'm still going to keep my eye out for another totally plain envelope clutch though - it was such a useful bag.
I am wearing my navy Uniqlo jumpsuit today with silver Raybans and silver Birkies. Loads of compliments on these jumpsuits - I'm wearing them loads. Highly recommend, v comfy in this heat too.

I so need some sunnies. The ones I bought withSleep and Lib after a boozy MU a few years back have had it.

I got new sunglasses this year, a pair of raybans. shame i have to have prescription ones because i see a lot that i like but with needing the prescriptions lenses, it cuts options down quite a lot. still, i do really like the ones i've got, they are comfy and i think they are stylish

I am finding the weather very sartorially challenging I am washing my poor By Malene Birger white shirt daily. It will be threadbare before long! Can't find a link to it but its the only white shirt that has ever worked for me.

There’s my problem Justa I don’t really know.
I haven’t great pair of aviators. And then my other good pair are straight along the top and kind of round at the bottom. I’m supposed to suit cats eye ones but I tried some as modelled by Laura on Love Island (I’m so classy!) and they looked awful on me!

Sunnies are very specific aren’t they - I definitely can’t do completely round, need width and oversize but not too much

It’s also such a drag to take them back as I will probably take dd and can’t keep doing black cabs in and out of town, but they were not cheap so they need to be right

I have a thing about tortoiseshell sunnies...love My Zadig and Voltaire from last year.

Yesterday I wore a bootilicious lined pencil skirt with a t shirt to work and very pointy silver flats.......BIG sartorial fail!too hot, too tight and v v sore feet.
All I want to wear at the moment are waftybdresses. My summer holiday wardrobe is getting a lot of wear for once. My usual work uniform of cropped trousers and sleeveless top is too hot.

I love tortiseshell and a nice graduation in the lens. Can’t do completely black or too loud

Does anyone know what these aviators are a copy of? I bought them as cheap for my girls weekend and they are fab - the gradient eases the black (top tip Marsha) but they are so cheap the quality is fairly lousy. Wondered if anyone had seen similar designer?

It's so warm already! Did an 8k run this morning. Slowly inching my way to being able to do 10k again. The dcs finished school yesterday so no school run for 2 months. Hurrah! We go on holiday in 6 weeks so I am going to use half the extra time catching up on sleep and the other getting bikini ready. It's a good formula!
