We had an amazing sunrise this morning but now it's grey and pouring rain. The ongoing succession of summer photos on FB and WhatApp from family and friends has me very jealous - though I am glad everyone is having a good summer.

Am spending today looking around kitchen showrooms...still enjoying all the house stuff.

Shop what a shame about the red bag! I've had the same happen with a Kate Sylvester silk blouse I linked to here a few months ago. I tried it on last week in a local boutique and then went back in yesterday to get it and they had just sold the last one in my size that morning and it's sold out online. So annoying.

On the plus side though I decided to buy these earrings to console myself . So pretty.

Bought this jungle shirt dress that I've been eyeing up for a while and this navy number, which will be good for work (and is more like knee length on me!). Was quite impressed by their selection, lots to try on.

Shame about the red bag shop and the blouse lib. I hate it when that happens. I think that’s why I now just buy stuff if I’m tempted (and often I return it any way!) but means I have it if it turns out ok.

mara how did you find the needle and thread sizing? I’ve seen a couple of dresses on their website but think I’ve read somewhere that their sizing is pretty small?? Just wondering if a 12 will fit.

Justa looked effortlessly cool as always and was wearing her latest Gucci Marmont bag,

I loved the way Mara waltzed in looking ever so chic in her hat and summer dress, and yes you do have great boobs

Every looked summery in her ruffled blue and white polka dot dress, and Hermes a like sandals, great swishy hair too. Got to see the Raindance ring too - gorgeous.

Queen looked lovely in her flamingo dress and particularly the back details.

Blingy looked great as always, I really liked the zip detail on the MK dress. The bling (jewellery) is always a topic of discussion and you're right it doesn't look OTT on you.

Was so lovely to see Stokey looking lovely in her rainbow stripey dress.

And thank you Marsha for bringing babyMarsha along she was most definitely the star of the afternoon giving us smiles and cuddles. Whilst cooing over babyMarsha i was also drooling over the exquisite Celine box bag - a thing of beauty.

After we left took a lovely stroll up Oxford street with Justa for some shopping and browsing.

Shop I saw your post too late otherwise I would have popped into Mango and had a look for you. I wear Chino shops from Boden which they don't make any more, the Rachel chino shorts are very similar though. I wear the 4" ones.

Morning Voguettes!

It was a lovely mu, nice and chilled and kudos to QueenC for her perseverance in securing us the outside table at the second place.

Marsha’s dd was a darling and not fazed in the slightest by all the travel, noise and attention. Probably helped that she was dressed for the weather in the cutest bloomers and liberty print sunhat.

Other sartorial highlights for me were Stokey’s jungle print warehouse dress purchase, justa’s nude flats with gold heel and of course the Céline. I drooled over blingy’s citrine ring even though it only fitted on my little finger.

Thanks for hat and boob love! The latter is the upside to carrying some extra weight, the former (think you asked Shop?) is from janessa leone last year but think prices have gone up as mine wasn’t more than £60-70.

Everyone I didn’t have time to go back to see the N&T but we are in town later for al fresco lunch so want to see liberty sale properly and have another try on. I tried the 12 which was perfect but that shape is maybe a bit different to the usual N&T styles which I think are lovely but not me.

Hello! I had such a lovely time yesterday! Was so good to see so many lovely Voguettes! Pity that not everyone could be there but what a fab time!

There have already been lots of round ups on the fashion, I do remember approaching the table and thinking what a group of beautiful women Always lovely to read the round ups because I always miss so much so it's great to have the little details that i missed.

My highlights of the afternoon were miniBrady, a real joy to meet her (I am definitely not a baby whisperer!) Mara's boobs (she and they looked awesome!), QueenC in that lovely dress trying on my citrine ring, chatting holidays with Everyone (oh and seeing her beautiful Boodles ring), serious chat with Stokey about equality (that dress was stunning). Marsha was so casually glam and so chilled with her dd, lovely to see. Annoyingly i didn't get enough time with Kitty (but boy that red and white stripey dress looked amazing on her) or Justa (I spotted the gorgeous Gucci being passed across the table!).

QueenC, i told dh that you didn't think i had spent enough this year and that i need another spree

So sorry to have missed yesterday, sounds like it was such fun. Hopefully next time i'll be there! just so run down at the minute, i knew i'd struggle to cope and i really didn't want to bring a downer to the table!

the humidity is still a real struggle for me, all semblance of style has gone out of the window in favour of basic shorts and t-shirts (that said, all my tees have geeky/music prints so maybe some coolness there ) i would dearly love just fifteen minutes of rain to break the humidity but no such luck!

What's with the all the Mara boob love? Oh & I'm most miffed at missing minimarsha -it's all boys round here so a squishy girly cuddle would have been very welcome!

Have been people watching & so far the stand outs have been an older lady wearing white trousers/top/floaty kimono, tan sandals & another a khaki linen dress with gold sandals. Have also noticed a couple of women wearing black shorts with white/cream tops and silver/bronze sandals -the outfits really worked-think Shop is taking similar for the girly trip?

I am soooo tired now. Just about to go to bed but catching up on a quick fantasy shop...
